The quality of the models is truly amazing. My son liked the airplanes a lot.

I came across the promotion to order a model aircraft and received a bonus mystery aircraft. I paid over $80 for the F-22 model. When it arrived, it was incredibly small for the price paid. Additionally, the bonus mystery aircraft never arrived.

I have attempted to contact their customer support 3 times now to get information on returning the F-22 and getting a full refund. Their customer support department is either nonexistent or they intentionally ghost the customers so they do not have to refund the money.

This site is a scam, and I should have realized it when seeing a video while scrolling Instagram without verifying the credibility of this company. I would highly advise that you find a more reputable company to purchase model aircraft

My young son was delighted with the 3 planes we ordered which arrived in good time for Christmas. The detail on each plane is exceptional and the paint finish is really good. Highly recommended.

I have searched the internet looking for high quality detailed aircraft models, and these are by far the best choice! I'm very happy with the metal and quality. Customer service is also top notch! I plan on eventually having the whole collection. Highly recommend.

Excellent model of the Emirates A380, build quality (diecast metal) and detail. Looks perfect in my living room. Brilliant customer service aswell, very happy.

Product is great! Amazing detail and have already had compliments and asked where to buy! Little shipping mix up that was handled without frustration. I will continue to shop here.

AVOID! Spend your money elsewhere.
Ordered at the start of December for Christmas.
As per the website: "all models are die-cast metal and require no assembly and are 1:1 replicas of the real planes"
Absolute BS. I ordered an SR71 and SU57 - the SR71 was actually die-cast in fairness BUT had Hot Wheels-type wheels on the bottom (60" alloy wheels if they were to scale), the exhaust tips light up and you press the front wheel to make it do unrealistic sound effects. This is not what the real plane does, believe it or not!
The SU57 was all cheap plastic AND required assembly and the print on top didn't even align with the body of the plane.
Also, the images on the website for the models are all AI generated. I didn't realise this until I went to screenshot the product page to complain to the company (who responded to my general query the same day but when it came to a complaint, they ignored me for over a week now.)

The company flagged my review to try and get it taken down. I provided proof of my purchase and items not matching what I paid for, so the review is still up.
I got a full refund in the end but ONLY because of MasterCard purchase protection. After I submitted the chargeback request to MasterCard, this scamming company offered a 50% refund.

They showcased stunning, large-scale models in their sales video, but what I received was a tiny, poorly detailed 20cm model. When I inquired about the size, they mentioned larger models were pricier, but there was no option to purchase one, and I wasn't informed I was buying a smaller version. It's misleading to advertise a high-end product and deliver a subpar alternative. Buyer beware!"

It is a scam website! Ordered an item at the end of November with a 5-8 day delivery didn’t arrive until the 16th December. Was suppose to come with a free model matching the price what was bought, didn’t arrive. Ordered a beautiful die cast model and received a cheap plastic toy. Requested a return and still haven’t heard back from the company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

This website is a complete scam. They advertise pictures of a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT model, and you receive a plastic, bad quality, overpriced item.

They also do not answer emails, they are a complete scam.

Do not waste your time trying to contact them, ring your bank or credit card and report it as a fraudulent transaction for your money back.

Beware ! Offer of “buy one get one free” did not materialise. Order placed on November 11th not delivered within claimed 5-8 days. Only after 20 days did a very poor Concorde model arrive, but no additional free model. Email sent o company five days ago re above, but no response whatsoever. Will not be using g again.

These are awesome planes very high quality and very detailed I highly recommend buying from this company I have already purchased 3 so far will definitely be ordering more

They show you these amazing detailed models in their video sales film, large and very detailed, then they send you a tiny model that is no where near as detailed as the one in the video. The "free" SR71 Blackbird is a toy, even with those friction wheels on it! When I asked them about the small size, they said that the larger models are much more expensive but there was no option to buy it and no mention I am buying a tiny 20cm model. Tehy show you a large detailed model in the video then supply a tiny inferior model. Buyer beware.

Total scam ! Selling cheap temp planes ! Crap quality ! AVOID !!

I ordered these planes for my plane-obsessed 9yo. He absolutely loves them! He was thrilled with the quality and the details on the planes. There was an issue where we didn’t get the advertised free mystery plane, however we emailed them and they replied quite quickly (my son said speedy like the Concorde!) and said they would send it to us. Fingers crossed this comes soon!

SCAM !!! Do not buy anything from this company. Payed a substantial sum for a 777 model only to receive a MINIATURE plane probably worth 5 kwid. The bonus plane they promised never showed up either. Avoid at all costs !!!

Avoid this website! You do not get a choice of scales. They send whatever they like plus they won’t send you a free model. They claim that the prices have 70% off. They do not. The quality of product can be found elsewhere for much cheaper. Don’t waste your time or money. Go elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. My order has still not arrived, and on top of that, I have had no response whatsoever from your company. This is completely unacceptable.
