They don't send out what we paid for since October 29th they also don't reply to the five emails we have sent would not recommend this company

Never received!!!! Ordered 1 month ago. Wrote 4 emails and never got a response!!

I purchased a product over a month ago and after multiple attempts, I've received zero contact to return the product. Shortly after making my purchase with Shopparoo my bank account had fraudulent charges. I've reported this page to Facebook. Shopparoo is a scam.

I bought a so called microphone. Luckily it didn't cost much, because it was a joke that had nothing to do with a microphone. Now I'm waiting for the rest of my orders. Yeah, stupid me bought several items. I definitely can't recommend Shoparoo. Don't buy anything from them.

Ordered phone mount on 24 Nov as a Christmas present, shopping estimate 12 - 21 days. Contacted them 21 days later to be told that the item is shipping from Asia. (....so what?). Tracking information shows the item has been slowly making its way around Laos and has not begun its (ship?) journey to Europe yet!. I have now demanded a refund ( no answer yet) but obviously will not now be able to give the item at Christmas DO NOT BUY FROM THESE AMATEURS.

Ordered nighttime driving glasses on the 31st October and still no delivery. Cannot get any sense out of them and tracking info not updated since 9th November. Will never buy from them again.

Bought a phone mount for the car. It doesn’t hold the weight of my cell phone, it just slides right off. Never buying from them again.

My experience is so far identical to Janet Wilson - right down to the dates and same product.

First and last experience of Shoparoo - absolutely no way to do business - responding to complaints makes for happy customers - ignoring them just makes them mad.

Shoparoo are totally rubbish - the only advice that I could give to anyone contemplating doing business with them is DO NOT - they are beyond a complete waste of space.

It's now 11th December and I have still not received my order for night time driving glasses placed on 24th October. No tracking info since 3rd November saying order in China. Shoparoo ignoring all my attempts to contact them, sent to various sites. Wondering if my container has fallen into the ocean!!

This is ridiculous..it has been 42 days since I placed this order..I have not received any comment from your office or anyone with authority ..all you well get is robo email about sending to many emails.. the telephone number is a joke..you well not get anyone to talk to about your concern. My order number is 154405 with the tracking number LS023852647CN..Good luck..the tracking number does not work it indicates that the shipment is still in China..if you get through to talk to someone the people speak Mandarin..no one speaks English.. My name is Trevino Williams.. where is my ORDER!!

I'm very disappointed and will never deal with Shoparoo again.
Ordered 2 phrones back in September. Arrived quickly but each phrone was missing parts. I contacted Shoparoo and they replied in a couple of days asking me to take photos of the parts I did receive. I did and replied right away. I even sent a pic of the missing parts. That was the last time I heard from them. I sent email after email asking about receiving my missing parts. No reply.

Overpriced products from China, Fake reviews, 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: only if you do not unpack, do not use the stuff..

order placed 44 days ago, still not received. Sent emails to query and just been fobbed off. They state delivery within 31 days and I'm still waiting. Will never use them again.

I bought 2 dashboard sticky pads for my car . They arrived on time. But the items are rubbish! Tried both sides but no success apart from a sticky note that managed to not fall off the pad. Bad item for the money I paid...!!!!!

I should have had more sense than to order from this company - especially after I had to send the same question to them 8 times before it was answered, that should have been enough for me to realise the company wasn't worth dealing with but SILLY ME I ordered a product (The phone holder) from them and it is poorly made and doesn't work the way it should.
Either the phone won't stay stuck to the other part of the holder or the part that should stay stuck to the dashboard will fall off.
Have more common sense than I had and do not order anything from this company.

Have been waiting now for 18 days for something I ordered from this company in Singapore, I live in Australia. The tracking number they send is useless, still shows nothing even though the email says it was shipped the day after ordering. Don’t bother ordering from here, you never get it!!

An absolutely fraudulent company! DO NOT order from Shoparoo. You will pay for an item that will never arrive and be directed to a website that provides a phony tracking number without real-time delivery. If you are able to reach a customer service rep they will con you into believing the item has shipped and will soon arrive but without giving specific information. I am attempting to investigate this company via the attorney general's office. Do not order anything from this company!

I placed an order back in July & i still haven't received it & it is now December that is 5 months ago i have contacted them 5 times but still no answer from them, wish i had taken notice of a friend she told they where no good as she never did receive her order..

I placed an order on September 18 it is now November 16 and I still haven’t received my order. I have notified them several times with no response. Shopparoo is very unprofessional and I will never buy from them again!!

Wish i had seen these reviews before i brought from this company! My order took 27 business days to arrive, then when it did something was missing from the box. thankfully it wasn't needed.
Repeated emails to this company never get a reply, then when they do reply they say it "may take 30+ business days" & "use the tracking facility" which doesn't show much tracking after it leaves China, until it is delivered..not much help realy!
