Foolishly bought a piece of tat that doesn't work, with no means of returning it. Any emails go unanswered apart from an automatically generated response stating that they're getting a higher than usual level of emails and they'll get back to me. They don't. The email even has the cheek to tell you not to send another email, or you'll go to the back of the queue! Avoid like the plague.

AWFUL SERVICE AND JUNK! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I should have known better. This is overseas junk and no information, takes forever to get the product (for me nearly 50 days). Then it comes in and it junk. I would return all of it if I could figure out how.

BAD BAD! Wish I read reviews of company before ordering. I actually DID receive my product (car phone sticky mount product X 3 of them.) Sticky mount does not hold at all!! Tried to contact them for a return, they do not answer emails, except to say... "We are currently receiving higher than normal email volume.To ensure we can reply as quickly as possible please do not send more than one email. This will push your query to the back of the queue and slow down your reply. We reply to every email and your order is guaranteed to arrive, be re-sent (for lost packages) or fully refunded (for damages and any unexpected problems)."

Still waiting for a response or a refund after 2 months. DONT DO SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I ordered the magnetic phone holder on 7/12/17 and received it yesterday 8/1/18 and this is why I gave them 2 stars but product is not the same as shown on facebook and Youtube. Very very difficult, near impossible to get red sticky paper off to be able to stick to dashboard. I have managed to do that in the end but it has lost a bit of its stickiness in the process. The 2 magnetic discs provided to attach to your phone are both very scratched.
You can get cheaper and better version on ebay

Shocking company. Ordered my husband's Christmas present on 24.11.17 and still waiting now on 8.1.18! Company don't respond to emails except with another automated one telling me that they are very busy. The tracking number given with my item doesn't work and I can't get hold of anyone to find out where the gift is. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use this company again and am now seeking to get my money back. Frightful experience.

"Having now waited over a month for my product to arrive, no show.
The tracker has been showing that it is in China since the second of November. And now somewhere in the UK..but of course not at my house?!
The reply to my persistent email stated "do not resend emails as this will keep putting your query to the back of the que. !!'!!!!!
I can't seem to find anywhere to complain about this company or where to take this next. Absolute rubbish. "

Wish I had looked at reviews first..... It's been 45 days for ballhawk glasses im guessing I will never receive. Atleast I didn't pay extra for shipping. Because the tracking number they gave me just says pending.

Worst site and company I have ever dealt with. Stole my money, never shipped the items and communication was non existent. Total scam!!!!

The worse service I have ever received!! Items were rubbish and not as shown on the promotional video! They don't reply to emails and as for the 'money back guarantee', you can dream on! DON'T TOUCH THIS WEBSITE WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!!!!!

I wish I didn't need to give them 1 star in order to post a review! Negative stars would be more appropriate. Do Not buy from them!!! They took my money but never sent the merchandise.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! They take your money and it gets lost! I ordered my item on November 1st. Still waiting.....Then you try and contact them and they never respond. And try calling them....HAHA it's not a working number!! I will NEVER buy from these crooks again!!!

Never received my order, but of course they took my money. Beware. I ordered 3 cell phone car mounts on Black Friday, Nov 24 as Christmas presents. Emailed them after a month went by and they sent me an automated e-mail that stated they were receiving more volume in sales than expected. Sounds normal. But what's not normal is it also said "do not e-mail us again or your e-mails will be sent to the bottom of their e-mail list and they will not reply to me." Weird. I was able to "track" my package and it says it's in China as of Dec 3. So why has it not left China in 33 days? I would listen to all the other bad reviews and not order from this site. I never leave reviews, but had to for this one. Trust me.

Add me to the list of people still waiting for their order. Ordered 4 pair of the golf ball finding glasses on Dec 17th and paid an extra $19 for "3-5 day express courier shipping". I'm still waiting on my order, got an automated reply when I emailed asking where my order is, and the tracking number they gave me is unknown with every carrier I search it with.

Same as above - ordered phone mounts for car after seeing it promoted on Facebook (first mistake) and have not received - it has been over the 21 day max they indicated. Wonder if I will ever receive - seems doubtful since the order is clearly from ShopParoo, not the one more commonly listed.

Purchased my item on November 11 and still have not received my item. Trying to find a contact number and will definitely try to contact them. Very dissappointed.

Never received what I purchased. When I tried to contact them directly, phone call would not go thru. Company is a fraud!

Ordered Prone Phone holders as Christmas presents for friends on 12 Nov 2017.
Still waiting for delivery on 21 Dec 2017.
Sent numerous emails while phone number rings off incredibly quickly.
I want my money back...!
