resmed mini humidification not working
I use a resmed with humifier daily when at home and it works well. I bought the resmed mini for travel but each time I use it my nose gets so dry it drips with discharge for 2-3 days after - the humidifier cartridges DO NOT WORK for me! Is there something I am doing wrong? I change the cartidges for each trip yet I always have this problem of severely dry nasal passages after use. I have stopped using the resmed mini.

At times, additional humidity may be required. AirMini™, HumidX™ and HumidX™ Plus cartridges are designed to retain moisture and humidify the air you breathe to provide a quality therapy experience.
Lastly, there are additional factors that can lead to the issues you have described. As such, we encourage you to contact your physician as we are not medical professionals.

Custo er service was very helpful w my return when I realized I double ordered an item. Also, the YouTube video w their hints GREATLY eased my mind when transitioning from a full face mask to nasal pillows. It was challenging...but i stuck it out. Good support

Great phone help and products
Before I ordered humidx humifiers for my air mini the phone representative answered my questions clearly and explained how the things work. All the products came quickly and work well. Great support people.

1) Delay due to duration of rx - coap machines are forever
2) said you would contact physician - never did - i did!
3)Signature requirement not mentioned at start; an unholy imposition on single working man and FEDEX would allow diversion
