I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Korea Motors.

I paid more than US$6,000 for my order on June 12. I was subsequently informed that the engine assembly had arrived at their warehouse on July 10. However, my order has still not been shipped, and I have been unable to obtain a satisfactory update.

I have emailed the company twice since August 7, made direct telephone calls, and attempted to contact them through WhatsApp calls. Despite these repeated efforts, I have received no response.

The lack of communication is deeply concerning, especially considering the significant amount of money I have paid. I selected and paid for additional components, including self-leveling shock absorbers, without understanding that they would require a special manufacturing process and cause such an extended delay.

I understand that manufacturing and shipping delays can occur. However, customers deserve transparency, timely communication, and clear information about their orders. Receiving no response to repeated emails and calls is unacceptable.

I am now preparing to escalate this matter through my bank or payment provider to seek a refund and will consider reporting the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

My experience has been extremely frustrating, and I urge prospective customers to exercise caution and carefully verify delivery timelines and customer support responsiveness before making substantial payments.

Korea Motors, I would still welcome a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter.

THEY SCAMED ME ABOY 4K FOR A TRANSMITION THEY NEVER SEND, NEVER ANSWER

Fraudulent, fraudulent company!
I ordered a new 2.5 Diesel engine on 2025.07.25 with shipping for 4990 dollars.
2026.03.09 an older type refurbished used engine assembled with used parts arrived and I paid 404 EUR for shipping. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to emails, fraudulent company. I will teach them the ropes with an international law firm if they don't refund the amount paid within 5 days. Otherwise they will charge multiple times more, I have money and time. Never order anything from them.

I am overhaul my Sorento diesel for the first time and unsure what engine bearings specificaitions to use but Korea Motors representative very knowledgable and recommend the right parts. Have since bought from them the 3rd time with good experience and delivery. Will buy more soon.

I've bought headlight for Sorento. Everything worked really well, communication was quick and easy, and delivery also was pretty quick. I was afraid about packing but they used foam, so part was well protected.

For the first time i find a sparepart of my car kia sedona 2018 for the door lock..the item has been received and on time. I have also installed the item and it is perfect. Thank’s

Coletul a fost livrat fără semnătură și fără acordul meu explicit.
La exercitarea dreptului de retragere, comunicarea a fost rigidă și lipsită de orice soluție amiabilă, invocându-se exclusiv Termenii și Condițiile.
Recomand prudență la comenzi.

騙局，千萬別上當，我2024/12月在該公司網站買了新引擎，但寄給我的非新引擎，是整修品，然後就聯絡不到人了。後來透過韓國消費院（KCA)的協助才得知，這幾年來該公司已用同樣手法，騙過國外數起案件。被騙了4100美金. Damn, don't buy it.
It's a scam, don't be fooled. I bought a new engine from this company's website in December 2024, but the engine sent to me was not a new one, but a refurbished one, and then I couldn't contact anyone.

This was my first experience with shop.korea-motors.com. Once I corrected my mistakes in order data, it flowed smooth, automatic follow up and order updates ending with delivery notification. All parts bought as a kit, were well packaged, accordingly to the description. Total transit time was good to me. I will definitively use their service again.

Scam. They give you options of the part number you need. You accept and parts are not correct. They do not solve the issue, neither return the money. Never buy from them

Ordered a bumper and side skirts for my 2012 Hyundai Accent. Shipping was packaged well and order came in a reasonable time limit.

Slow communication

I ordered a new set of front and rear bushings for the balancing shafts of a 2005 D4TsB diesel. Out of stock on other sites. I paid via PayPal and received everything as ordered in ten days via EMS. Thank you KOREA MOTORS.

The HI MOTORS KOREA CAR ACCESSORIES.. shame on your company! Your product is no good,. Crack, scratches no good quality of product. Waste of time and waste of money, This company is never recommended!

Estou tendo uma experiência ruim com empresa Shop.Korea-Motors. Realizei o pagamento, via transferência para a conta de empresa. Após o pagamento, o status de minha compra parou no ajuste na inserção dos dados dos comprador na nota fiscal, mês 05/2023. Solicito informação sobre a previsão de envio de meu motor, porém não respondem, por nenhum dos canais. O pior é que não informam se realmente irão enviar o motor. Por hora, estou aguardando o envio do motor Hyundai Terracan 2.9.

I recommend this site!
Ordered transmission AT-5 speed for Hyundai Santa Fe in mobis. I received everything as ordered. There was a delay in delivery for this reason 4 stars. All good mood, bye.
