Great company and good quality hay
Highly recommend this company that has an easy to navigate website, reasonable prices and provides efficient delivery of orders. Great quality hay with no dust and its easy to separate servings from the bag. I also bought the Dandelion Delight Critter Crunchies for a post grooming treat and my girls seem to enjoy them.

Get a new carrier please as your current one is seeing you lose customers.

Fantastic service!! I pre-ordered an Ozzy cage and made a few adjustments to my order while I was waiting for it to be dispatched. Nicola was so helpful and everything went smoothly! The delivery was delayed due to circumstances outside GPA's control, but the cage was worth the wait. Very pleased with the quality of Ozzy cages and the awesome customer service GPA provide.

Not a great experience
Received rabbit pellets rather than the guinea pig pellets I ordered.. I asked very politely that they ship the correct items express as I was running out of guinea pig pellets and have nowhere local to get them. The reply I got agreed and said all the right things, but then the correct order took days to ship and didn't arrive until two weeks later. During that time I received another email out of the blue asking me to return the items they had mistakenly sent. I would have preferred that their customer service be honest with me that they would be shipping it regular post so that I could have asked for a refund and looked elsewhere online.

Great prices for products
Great customer service. Good value for price. I have purchased cage liners, the guinea pigs love the soft thick material.
I have also brought a cage for an exstra room. Love the pink it makes it pop with the black grids.
