I was sent the wrong bag size of pellets but this was corrected very quickly when I emailed them, and they sent out the correct order right away. I also couldn’t find this product on other websites so I’m glad I found it here.

GPA is where I buy all my stuff for my piggies, I first got their 6x2 cc cage with corflute, next order was a stand and treats( that my piggies love) the next I got another stand to make it waist height for easy cleaning. I'm now thinking what else my pigs would love for the next order. Also shipping is fast.

I purchased an Ozzy Cage and some hay. Great customer service with Nicola. She helped me choose the right cage for our two girls. I am happy with the products, the cage is sturdy and came with a metal bar to help hold the lid up.
I had to call to see how to make the cage but Nicola gave me a link to the website video tutorials which are very easy to follow even for someone who isn’t very handy like me!
The clear panels are fantastic and easy to wipe down. Hay was super fresh and green. Very happy.
I’ll continue to support this business, having a family business myself I know how hard it is at the moment so I really appreciate these guys doing the best for little pets.

Item was in stock but not supplied. Contacted company when not shipped. Items were not in stock and were not able to be supplied for months but I was not notified. When requested a different colour cage to be sent this was not done and again I had to contact the company who assured me it had been shipped but when I asked for shipping notice the items had still not been shipped. The items were finally shipped after again contacting the company. You can not contact by phone and the email responses are slow. It took well over a month and many emails to actually get my items from the Gold Coast to Ipswich. I will not buy from this company again.

Guinea Pig kitchen is working great! Arrived quick. Helps keep the cage tidy by keeping straw to one section of cage as well as the majority of piggy poo. Cleaning the cage is now super easy. Piggy is delighted with her kitchen.

My first time purchasing from Guina Pigs Australia. I understand that things sometimes aren’t in stock but it was shown on the website that there was stock of a base in the colour I was after to match the loft I was also ordering. They emailed me to advise me that my colour was out of stock and would have to change it. I ended up switching the colour and just having a mismatched loft and base, but I also received a different coloured ramp to the colour I ordered and now I have a tri-coloured cage setup which isn’t what I was going for. I had contacted customer service as I’d like to at least change the colour of the ramp so my cage is limited to two colours. I was told ramps were out of stock and they didn’t have the colour I ordered, so I was sent what was left without being informed. In the end, I’ve ended up with a tri-coloured cage instead of one colour. They offered for me to be placed on back order for ramps in November but I’m going away in early December and the shipping is slow. I’d assume I would’ve had to pay for a second ramp too. I usually never write negative reviews, but considering how much I paid for a high quality cage that would be all matching colours and all the good I’ve heard from this site, I was hoping my experience would be as good as everyone else’s. I’m quite disappointed. I won’t stop ordering from this company, but I don’t think I’ll be purchasing more corflute as I wanted everything to match, but the site doesn’t seem to reflect availability and communication is rather poor. You’d be better off making your own corflute components if you’re going to invest so much money into making your GP home look good.

Great product but very slow post with not the best tracking maybe Australia post issue not sure.
