I waited 2 months for the liner to arrive, ordered April and came at the end of May. When I received the liner, it was not true to size and it did not fit my 2x4 cage length. Customer service responded completely disregarding my concern saying it was the way I washed it, but it was too small when i first took it out of the package BEFORE washing.

We had such a great experience with Guinea Pigs Australia! We met Naomi at their Coomera warehouse and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As first-time guinea pig owners, we were a bit unsure of what we needed — but Naomi took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we left feeling confident and fully equipped to care for our new piggies.

Absolutely love this company. C&C cages are by far my favourite type of enclosure for my Guinea pigs and my Rabbits. They are so versatile. Easy to put together and the accessory options are endless.

Delivery took ages. I understand that I ordered during the Easter break, but there were non public holiday days where the items could have been shipped. I only live in Logan area, and this store is just down the Gold Coast. I expected faster shipping timeframe, otherwise what was the point. I could have drove down and picked it up myself and would have got my items sooner.

My boy Frankie loves getting goodies from Guinea Pigs Australia! Orders are always well packed and arrive very quickly, which is great when you have a fussy piggie!

The products are great and they have great customer service. It does take a while for them to ship and send things though. The courier they use is not ideal and has lost my package twice.
