My bunnies love Burgess pellets and this is the only Australian shop that stocks them. Sometimes they are out of stock but Guinea Pigs Australia always responds to queries within a few days.

I ordered from you guys then you guys didn’t sent me the second story which cost nearly 200 and this was a preorder and waited for a long time for it and it didn’t come for months when it was meant to be shipped months ago finally got here and didn’t have it which made he quite upset it’s even though shipped now I have to wait longer and I really needed this when I weighted months for it. It caused my Guinea pig with cancer not to be able to experience it because she died days before made me very upset

There was a mix up with my order and Nic was very helpful in amending it so that I was sent my correct items. She was also very quick at getting back to my online messages :) Great customer service and always love GPA products for my piggies

Don’t answer their phone, kept saying it was picked up when it wasn’t, took forever to get the item.

Our items were on preorder and weren’t shipped out until over a month after the website stated they would be, with no communication from the company. Once they were dispatched though, the delivery was speedy and the cage and accessories are well made and even cuter than we’d hoped.

Good quality products, my Guinea pig loves all his treats and toys, he is a very spoiled boy.

Product is great, but arrival took a couple of weeks even though the items were in stock. My daughter was desperate to receive everything so she could pick up her piggies so it was a long wait!
Couldn’t be happier with the product though so would recommend ordering but factoring in a slight delay.

Personal customer care, not lost in a large automated system. Responded to my shipping enquiry and promptly remedied an issue I had when a part of my order went missing. Informative newsletters. Despite item being listed as in stock and delivery dates being given, the cage I ordered took a long time to be shipped and this after twice contacting Guinea Pigs Australia to enquire about the delay. Once item was actually shipped the delivery was very prompt.

Have bought a cage and stand plus multiple blankets and other items from them. Has always been super fast delivery and perfect condition. I am very impressed with everything I have bought and my Guinea pigs love it. Customer service is also amazing quick responses. Will continue to buy from this company.

This cage is amazing. I had to wait a little longer then expected to get mine (preorder) but the staff were very polite and forward with emails sent about it. They were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. :)

Customer service is always good, once products are restocked they tend to sell out quickly so don't hesitate too long! Great little Aussie company providing amazing products for our piggies ❤️

Love ordering from GPA, their liners are just adorable & perfect for keeping my GP Home clean & bright. When I needed help with purchases (as 1st time GP owner) I was met with lovely caring, helpful assistance, even to which treats to try first.
