Over 9 days waiting now for them to sort a return out since it was signed for by them. CS says 'due to an unprecedented amount of returns they are taking longer' no timeline given. Sorry, but it doesn't take that long to return an item.

Customer service is non-existent. You may as well not have the number on the website. Called with no response after over 50 attempts. Shoes are said to have been delivered signed for yet I’ve received nothing. Emails not being replied to and phone lines not being answered. Avoid at all costs. Order number UK784247.

I absolutely have to give this guys a 6* I bought a pair of trainers and read a lot review which left me anxious … Outstanding guys and no words to describe my happiness … 3 days as they promise delivered to Czech Republic. Wow guys well done I will definitely buy again. That is my experience

Happy with purchase of Nike 90 x Slawn and delivery was as shown, ordered on a Friday came on the Tuesday. Just bought the other colourway as very pleased.

Very good service

Ordered a pair of shoes before 1PM (as stated on checkout, pay an EXTRA £10! bit pricey however I needed these for a particular occasion) and you’ll receive next day. These are now due Monday, and I should of had them today (Friday)

Poor service, if you’re offering next day shipping for a whopping £10, stick to it. If you can’t, don’t advertise it.

Returned my goods last week and they claim my money will be returned within 5 business days. It has been 7 days and I've still not received my money back.
Customer service are not helpful either. I don't think I'll ever buy anything from them now. Also, the cheek to charge me £10 overall to return their products is borderline robbery !

Real disappointment to say the least

I don't understand the policy of this store, what's going on here? First they send a discount code, then you order, and then they do everything not to send it..it's really strange... My two orders were canceled after writing for a long time...They send the order to their address only with my name. It's unprofessional!Marcin

Placed an order 5 days ago, no update. Wrote an email, no reply, called both e-shop and store… no answer. Terrible service!

This might be actually THE worst market on earth. They just don't have customer service, it doesn’t exist. I bought a comme des garcons t shirt week ago, its was saying 2-3 days delivery. I havent received ANY confirmation that they packed it or something. I wrote 3 mails- no answer. Wrote through whatsapp- they say write an e-mail. You just order from ghost company market.

Extremely helpful and responsive customer service along with quick international shipping. Perfect experience imo

The packaging for shipping is not satisfied. The shipping carton box is way too big with no foam or anything for protection, my shoes box was scratched and damaged.

What a crap service! Sent a stussy jumper back as after a wash there were marks on the chest and it was unwearable. Was told they would send me a refund or a new sweater. It’s been newrly two weeks now and despite sending 3 emails asking what’s happening they have completely ignored me. Shocking customer service, avoid at all costs.
