Advised the wrong replacement handle. I have emailed and not heard anything back

Once we were told you had an online shop we ordered our handles and they were delivered within a week were easy to fit so we were satisfied

Delivered quickly and well satisfied with items.

From the ordering of our windows to the fitting of the windows I was very satisfied, there was no problems at all. Unfortunately there was a small problem with the cleaning kit I had ordered, when I received my kit it was leaking very badly, I took photos of it and sent an email to the sales department, it did take quite a while to sort the problem out but in the end I did receive a replacement kit.

After receiving the first package with the cleaning liquied completely emptied out into the bag it came in, I was told a new pack would be sent out. Never received it!
Very poor communication and a complete waste of time complaining.
Not happy and a waste of money

Terrible online service i only wanted a door handle sent to me, 15 days it took to receive it and when I did receive it, it was the wrong handle gotta laugh really , now I have to wait 5 days for customer service to get back to me via email to start a return I just want a refund and no I do not want another handle sent ive ordered elsewhere like I could of done from the start which would of saved myself 20 days of having a broken door handle .

The order was supplied soon after being placed. The
part supplied was well packaged and in very good condition. Its fitting was straightforward and gave a great finish.

The window handles were exactly what i ordered, arrived in good time, were easy to fit and look great..

It was easy to order the handles and prompt delivery

it wasn’t clear the lock would be sent with no key?

Easy to speak to, helpful and understanding staff, thankyou.

Sent the wrong item, didn’t take proactive responsibility, required countless calls with long wait times to rectify. Issue still not solved after over three weeks. Unhelpful, “can’t do” culture in the call centre. Slow, only acting when prompted by customer.

Key received but unfortunately dies not work for me

Anglian sent me the WRONG item , then expect me to pay to send it back and take time off work to go to the post office before they will reimburse my postage!

The handles arrived but the parcel had been opened during delivery and was empty. I rang Anglian who sent replacements first class at no extra cost

Delivered in good time, easy to fit and looks great. Design has changed slightly over time, so need to buy another for the other door to match.

Received the handle and replaced old one. The replacement works better than the old one.
