Replacement Parts Shop - Anglian Home Improvements Anmeldelser

Professional polite and helpful staff in ensuring I recived the correct piece required for my window. Speedy on sending me the email to enable choice. Thank you

Took a week to be delivered. Could have ordered on Amazon Prime and got a similar product the next day.

Disappointed that the parts I required are no longer available

Original parts out of production so had to guess correct replacement. Fitted well, worked well, reasonable price. But very slow delivery.
Now looking for door hinges, but apparently not available here.

Ordering was simple - postage was included in the price - product was great. Downside for me was time from ordering to delivery, I’m possibly spoilt by other “next day” suppliers.
Anglian did say that there’s a long time to delivery.

was very happy to recieve the products very quickly well done for fast response

I 0rdered two white replacement window handles. You sent two silver handles. Please send me the white handles and I will then return the original ones you sent. ASAP please.

Anglian call centre is slow and unresponsive. Possibly understaffed. As for as the online chat box, this does not understand simple questions and is just a waste of time. My order did arrive and I’m very happy with it. The experience of tracking it was dismal.

Customer service was absolutely useless. Nobody seemed to know about their products. In the end only got half of what I needed, and had to do that myself. Not really in the market for new double glazing, but if I was, I wouldn’t consider Anglia. These days, products are judged by after sales service & Anglia were found wanting.

Easy to order online and reasonable delivery time

Perfect service no fuss

Ease of ordering and fitting the replacement window handle

I just wanted a couple of window handles, very quick and easy to order

Easy website for ordering. Thanks

Excellent product with ease of ordering.
Packaging and delivery first class.

The handles are replacing existing Anglian window handles which are over 40 years old. It’s good to know you can still get replacements and fit with no problems.

DOOR KNOCKER: was missing three required screws. We happened to have three suitable ones in our own stock.

LETTER PLATE: length of bolts supplied were too short for depth of Anglian front door, so we bought longer ones and our contractor cut them to correct length.

Quality and look of door furniture good but frustrating to have missing and incorrect fixings.

Easy to find what I was looking for. Good/realistic price point. Parts arrived quickly.
