Suite à une commande colis volé, depuis plus d'un mois le site fait le mort complet.
Je ne recommande pas de passer commande sur ce site car le SAV est déplorable.

nous accordons une grande importance au service après-vente. Vous répondez avec un compte anonyme sans numéro de commande, nous ne pouvons donc pas savoir qui vous êtes ni où cela aurait mal tourné.
Vous parlez d'un colis volé. Nous devrions toujours contacter le service de messagerie, qui mènera une enquête. Cela peut prendre un certain temps et est toujours communiqué à nos clients dans l'attente d'une solution.
Nous comprenons que le vol d'un colis par le service de messagerie n'est évidemment pas agréable, mais nous travaillons toujours de manière constructive pour trouver une solution à votre problème.

This backpack is great
This backpack is great. Fits me and all of my gear. Lots of tie downs for extra gear if needed. Will be testing it out with a 6 month trip to Europe, 50/50 used as bag travelling between places and as a proper hiking backpack on trails and so on.

Super goede service
Ik had niet gezien dat ze vanwege vakantie gesloten waren. Nog voor ze weer open gingen kreeg ik een e-mail waarin stond dat mijn bestelling met expres verzending zonder extra kosten opgestuurd zou worden. Hierdoor kwam mijn bestelling alsnog (precies) op tijd aan. Super service dus!

Critical part to my Agilite PC
Very good range of quality products. Minus side was expensive delivery cost that doubles the price of the original product. But if there is only one place.... But I was able to get a critical part to my Agilite PC (K-19).
