Disappointed and Done with Adidas
Honestly, I’m done with Adidas. I won’t be ordering anything from this company again.
I placed an order on Sunday, May 11 (Order #AD942508777) and still haven’t received it. I tried contacting the shipping company, but they don’t accept any phone calls—no way to get real support.
I placed another order on May 14, and while it was delivered on Saturday, May 17, it came with issues too.
I’ve called Adidas customer service multiple times about my May 11 order, but no one has been able to help. Every time I talk to someone, I walk away feeling like I’m the problem—as if I did something wrong just by ordering products online. Why should I feel guilty?
This experience has been beyond frustrating. Adidas, do better.
