ShockRite Electric Fencing Anmeldelser

Bought a Energiser SRM412 nearly three years ago. At the time of the sale they were excellent. Unfortunately the unit went wrong a few weeks ago and although just within the three year guarantee feared that it was going to be difficult getting it repaired.
How wrong was I they were brilliant and repaired it and returned within the week. Many Thanks.

Very helpful and speedy delivery with notifications of order progress

Not used the item yet but looks good quality and excellent delivery time, will use this seller again.

Good product works well so far, UK built which we prefer if possible.
Would get another if needed.

Excellent, fast delivery!

Got what I ordered on time every time what more do you want

Fantastic, top quality product with super fast delivery despite covid craziness!
Very easy to deal with.
Highly recommended.

Was delighted with the product and the speedy and efficient service. Will b in touch again.

Bought a fencer unit to try last year, as was finding the hotline ones becoming more expensive and not lasting. Have just bought two more. Well made, excellent value and very fast delivery. Will now be buying all my fencers from here.

very good shop, good prices

Delivery and service prompt! Very good product!

I have just ordered an electric fence + accessories and not only am I very happy with the fence and accessories but also extremely happy with the customer service!

I emailed a few questions and within hours I had a very helpful reply! The fence + accessories are all good quality and very good prices too!

It’s very refreshing to deal with a professional company with good customer service!

I would highly recommend the products and company!

I am so happy with my Solar-Powered Electric Fence Energiser 0.5 - powerful and well-priced. The customer service is amazing - I had a small problem and was contacted within hours - on a saturday! I received instantly a replacement with no fuss. I would buy again from ShockRite, a UK based company with outstanding customer service.

Very quick service and good price - item was received within a couple of days of placing the order.
Fence energiser is working well - this is the second shockrite energiser we've had (first one was stolen), they are sturdy, well made, and the little indicator light means we always get a warning to charge the battery up before it runs flat

Quick speedy delivery and communication when I asked about leisure batteries.
My only suggestion is more comprehensive instructions on installing however the website was a great help.
Would recommend the complete set-up kit. I wish you also sold the batteries and a charger too.

A replacement battery pack was required as the deer have returned to munch the roses. Easy to order, swift delivery and the unit's design made replacing the battery easy.
