Shippio Anmeldelser

Having now used the Shippio team on a number of occasions I can’t recommend them more. I dealt with Giles, David and Andrea, all of whom were absolutely charming and immensely helpful. We had a small mountain of paperwork to deal with sending two bikes to two different locations in America from the south of France and it was ultimately a smooth process. Make sure you’re well aware of all costs, including customs on arrival into America. Fast, efficient and polite.

Excellent service and communication. A pleasure to deal with Shippio. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

This team is marvelous! I live in California and they arranged to send me a motorcycle from Cornwall in the UK. They paid the seller, collected the bike, boxed it up incredibly well, and had the package out here in no time. Even the freight people were impressed with the sturdiness and general excellence of the crate. Shippio also were right on top of all the paperwork needed, even a year after I imported the bike. California department of motor vehicles needed several documents authenticated. Shippio took care of it all and at no extra charge. I can't recommend this firm highly enough.

Excellent trustworthy service. Giles was patient and very helpful in locating the elusive VAT qualified car with the right specs, and the transaction itself was very straightforward.

Excellent service, all staff contacted were very helpful. Rapid response to e-mails and queries. Receiving depot were expecting me, process was very quick. Vehicle delivered as expected with no damage. Very happy with service and was good value. Happy to recommend them to others.

Excellent service!

Giles and his colleagues are dependable and trustworthy. They transported my motorcycles without incident, which is exactly what anyone would expect and want. They communicate well and kept me fully informed every step of the way, and were a pleasure to work with.

Dealt with Andrea throughout the process of importing my motorcycle from America, this was my first time using Shippio, the whole process was dealt with in a frank honest manner, professional and timely.
