Rude and Unhelpful.
I've just spoken with a very rude English sounding women. I called and made an extremely polite enquiry to gain a quote and assist my Mum with shipping a car home to the East. This would be our first attempt in doing so. She asked me "who are you" and proceeded to patronize my enquiry. I would AVOID these entitled sounding sketchy dealers. It is bad enough that we Nigerians are reduced to transacting with Englishmen to ship our belongings back home. It would be helpful if they would appreciate our business and exercise professional courtesy. This may or may not be relevant but being born and bred in Chelsea perhaps my accent scared her off and she thought I was customs which would indicate that they are not a transparent company LOL. I bet she would prefer it if I had a thick Nigerian accent that she thinks she can take advantage of! We need professionals who are willing to provide transparent quotes and guide first time shipping customers.

you where not spoken to in a rude manner at all. The lady you spoke to is extremely professional and has had many wonderful reviews. You asked a very open question which did not come across as a legitimate enquiry at all. This sounded like a sales call and i wouldn't be surprised if you where a sad keyboard warrior with nothing better to do than to slate genuine businesses. Had this been a genuine enquiry, you would have been treated with respect and courtesy, however you asked where are my other customers shipping from across Europe and what cars are they shipping. This was most defintely not a genuine enquiry and i am sorry that you have nothing better to do than to be rude by leaving such a vicious attack against a member of staff who was certainly trying to find out why you where asking such open ended questions and being rude yourself to her.

I am very impressed about the service I received from Shipcars when shipping my vehicle. I communicated mostly with the lady called Nikki who was very professional and patient with me.
This company deserves 5 stars.
I was advised on what papers to organise eg Letter of Authority and Import Permit as well as all the relevant papers needed.
Organising the Letter of Authority and Import Permit saved me also money as I did not have to be charged by the agency for these,
I love efficiency and excellence and that is what I received.
The vehicle was shipped on the 20th of September 2021 as promised and arrived on the 14th of October 2021.

The company has delivered my car from London, U.K. to Nicosia, Cyprus in perfect condition and at a reasonable cost. Though there were some delays at the U.K. side, the rest of the transition went smoothly. Will definitely use this service again.

Absolute awful experience from start to…
Absolute awful experience from start to finish, ship did not leave turkey until 3 days after it was supposed to, had to pay storage charges and other unknown charges to get it on the ship,nightmare not over yet even though the vehicle is back in the UK and sold,hmrc are chasing me to fill in forms as if I've imported the vehicle from turkey (it is a UK registered car) I have emailed ship cars UK to assist me with this and they haven't even replied. Never again.

Thank you for your feedback, even though it is not a very nice one. All feedback is good for us to pass on to our team to help improve our customers experience. With regards to the ship leaving 3 days later than planned, i believe the vessel was delayed getting in to Turkey, which unfortunately is beyond our control. We are agents only and not the ship owners. HMRC are requesting you complete a C179B form to ensure that you do not get charged for VAT/Duty. I believe the form was passed on to you for you to complete as this is your vehicle or it was until you sold it. The responsibility solely lies with you as the vehicle is registered to yourself. I can only apologise if you did not receive a reply, the lady that you have been dealing with took ill and has not been in work. Her emails have not been monitored as she took ill unexpectedly.

It was a great a experience!
