Easy to deal with, good packaging and kept updated at each stage of shipping, to the point that I was informed of the exact ship that the shipment was on to allow me to know when it was going to be loaded onto the ship and track it across the ocean.

My only minor frustration is the process of international shipping with the shipment being passed on to different companies who all require separate payments, but that’s just how international shipping works.

I would recommend this company to friends and I would use this company again.

Competitive prices. Patiently walked me through the whole process, doorstep to doorstep, handling pickup, dropoff, and export and import paperwork. First time shipping a car internationally.

It's incredibly frustrating when an international company like Autoshippers fails to adhere to their own quotes. After submitting my application, hidden fees emerged with the excuse that shipping my hybrid car magically now costs an extra £500—despite the fact that they were aware it was a hybrid from the very beginning and in every email exchange. I can't recommend them. I'd advise looking for companies that shows more professionalism and actually stand by their original quotes. Major waste of time.

I am still in a living nightmare of trying to ship my car from U.K. to South Africa. It is stuck in the depot costing me £40 a day for storage, awaiting a customs official to physically check the car but because it’s just before Christmas, they all go on leave and my car remains in this depot baiting me money

The-series of disasters started with my car not leaving U.K. shores for an MONTHS after I delivered it to Autoshippers. Other issues include Autoshippers not informing me of essential requirement to have evaluation done on my car before it leave U.K. - this is critical for the customs clearance Then there are their recommended arriabkwa agents who never replied to emails or pleas for response or help when I knew the ship my care was in was about to arrive in port. This is the most stressful situation ever and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Don’t use Autoshippers

I had my Classic car transported from Southampton, UK to Dubai, UAE. All communication/paperwork was done remotely which was extremely handy for me as I was already living in Dubai, My mate arranged for a transport to the docks and that was it. I had the car delivered here in Dubai two days ago. My car was on a car ferry for about 5-6 weeks and nothing got stolen or damaged which I was very suprised about. Overall, a very professional and super efficient service. Unfortunately a little pricey but I think thats just shipping these days - my car had to go all the way around South Africa to get here. I also got assigned a customs agent that started sorting all the paperwork a week before arrival so that when they dropped the car off at my house the driver already gave me the customs release form - Highly recommended A+

They handled every part of the shipping. They picked it up at the place I purchased the vehicle and delivered it to the port. They made sure it was on board the ship and kept me informed every step of the process.

Despite a short delay due to shipping schedules, excellent service from start to finish. Units were roll-on roll-off and arrived in great condition, as expected.
