New user after recommendation from housecleaner
I’ve only used the shiny wipes in my bathroom so far, but my house cleaning ladies use them everywhere. These cloths are fantastic on glass shower doors! No streaks, no watermarks! Stainless appliances are shinier than new. Even my stainless kitchen sinks look better than new when freshly cleaned. Makes me want to not use the kitchen! I’ve only spot-tested on windows, but fully expect to love the results there, too. Also, the folks who answer emails/questions are very prompt with replies. Could not ask for better customer service!

Your reusable mop pads are too small even if I try two they will not fit the regular size mop.
I’m try to contact for past two day to return them and no one is responding. Good customer service promote more business and better understanding .
August 21st
Last night Mr. Haider Ali offered to replace the mopMate with a drying towel . I accepted that because I had no choice and I wish they use better material for mopmate and the standard size mopMate. I have never seen seven inches mop also there should be better conversation with the customer to explain that we have two size mopMate and what material they use, terry cloth is not a good option. I always use old towel to make my mop covers. I hope in future they come up with something better for the floor.

Fantastic
Fantastic, one swipe over the shower screen and it’s dry.
Even use it to clean dust from the plantation shutters and throw it in the wash.
Highly recommended

I love my shiny wipes
I love my shiny wipes. They seem to work as described so far (I have only used it twice so far). The only complaint I have is the unfinished look of the piping around the cloth where it comes ends. The material has a frayed end instead it should have been tucked under prior to sewing the end.

My Shiny Wipes arrived just yesterday and already I'm very impressed with how well they work and how good they feel. There's no need to go over the mirrors and faucets several times before they're streak-free. No need for cleaning products either. I know these lovely towels are going to save us lots of time and energy!
