The bedframe has broken after less than a week of use. I contacted your customer care team to be told it was my fault for jumping on the bed (which is absolutely not true), and they will not replace it or offer a refund.

The screws have broken that are attached to the side piece of wood on the bed, causing the entire bed to slope to the left. As it has been less than a week since the bedframe arrived, I was hoping for an easy replacement. However, I have since been told this is completely my fault and nothing will be done.

Their solution was for me to purchase extra wood, tools, etc, and attempt to repair this myself, which I am unable to do.

"That can be repaired by someone who is handy with a drill, you'll need to disassemble, remove the snapped screw and re-affix the side rail with several screws. Or, you'll need to add another piece of timber underneath that part the cleat and affix it with several screws."

Quick and easy delivery. Changed our mind 95 days in, swapped to firm no questions asked. Had it over a year now, just bought another for spare room!!

This mattress would have to be the best I’ve slept on even better than some 5 star hotels.

Amazing mattress! I've never been so comfortable in my entire life. I got the full body hug, and have zero regrets.
Only downside is, it's insanely difficult to get out of bed in the morning!

Delivery was on time, lovely guys did a great job and set mattress up. One night so far so too early to give proper review of comfort but so far so good.

Sherman far exceeded my expectations. The mattress was delivered just a few days after ordering, communication was effective (and with a real person!) and the delivery was friendly. The guys took the mattress up to my apartment and everything. The bed is comfortable and it was also affordable. Highly recommend!

We are having the most amazing sleep since the mattress arrived. Free delivery and the guys even took the mattress upstairs to the bedroom. The mattress is so comfortable. We really appreciate the quality of the mattress and the excellent service.

I have recently made several purchases from various stores & suppliers, both online and in person, for our new home. My experiences have varied greatly but I can honestly say Sherman are at the top of my list.
They understand the importance of service & communication. Immediately following my online purchase, I received my 1st email setting out the intentions for the purchase and delivery process. I was able to select "my" preferred date & time, which is a 1st in my experience. I received a 2nd confirmation email and within 24 hours, a call from Tom in Customer Care who personally thanked me for my for my business! He again verbally confirmed my order & delivery details and sent a final email summarising what we had agreed upon.
Sherman's service far exceeded my expectations. Their understanding of what the customer needs is superior and I have no doubt they will be hugely successful.

Bought the full body hug King mattress. Soooo comfortable, no more sore back or hips. Sleeping much better. Delivery was A++ too.

The assembly was more difficult than expected. The instructions were very poor. The quality of the slats were poor. I felt like I could snap them with my bare hands. I also feel like the slats are positioned quite high which makes the mattress sit on top rather then dropped into the frame. Would have fathered the bed/slats lower as my room now looks smaller. Otherwise the bed is very sturdy once assembled. Great colour and looks good in my room. Delivery was very easy.
