great service, bed arrived on schedule with lovely delivery men bringing in the bed and were very polite. This is our first night sleeping on the new Mattress . Cant wait for a good nights sleep, Thanks heaps X

SO happy with our purchase! I did a lot of research and our Sherman compares well against mattresses triple the price and REALLY comfortable! Customer service and delivery were excellent and the whole process was extremely easy.

The description for this bed is so accurate, it is a full body hug. So much like the beds in those expensive boutique hotels. So pleased I gave it a try.

Only had the mattress for a few night but love it. Delivery was smooth and easy. So far so good!

These beds are outstanding enough but what really, REALLY sets this company well apart from the rest, is their personable warmth and the complete and utter honesty you receive about their beds and the whole bed making industry. Fantastic showroom and the updates and info about the purchase and delivery, is second to none. I wish more businesses adopted this approach.

The customer service from both Sherman and their delivery people was very good. The delivery was a day late but I had calls from Sherman and then the delivery people to explain and confirm their delivery.

love my new bed. It has lived up to my expectations! it is my haven. The customer service was outstanding, time was taken to answer all my questions, and got my bed delivered in two days of purchase. highly recommend going down to the showroom and moreover, highly recommend Sherman mattresses!

The mattress is great and the customer service is better - they were happy to do a no-contact delivery as requested, and even refunded me $200 because the product went on sale after I had placed my order.

I’ve had my mattress for just over 4 months and unfortunately it is too hard for me. I think Sherman really need to change the name of this mattress as it feels nothing like a full body hug, that name is deceptive. Also it is a really hot mattress. It’s a shame that Sherman don’t offer a soft mattress.

Like a cloud. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept on. There’s free delivery and 100 day sleep trial in which I can just send it back if I don’t like it. Would recommend if you’re looking to upgrade your bed for not too crazy a price tag but want something nice.

Absolutely love the mattress and it is exactly as advertised. We’ve had the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in years! The delivery service was amazing and the delivery guys couldn’t have been more helpful! We’re very happy customers !

I Tried a few bed in a boxes and was always left wanting for more. I thought I would give Sherman a shot seeing they are constructed differently and also give the option to try instore so I wouldn't be in a predicament again of being surprised by the quality of the matress.

I chose the full body hug and have been satisfied with the softness as wellas the beds back support. I highly recommend this matress and am very happy with the Sherman Matress.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t sure about our king size “just perfect” to start with. It took me a couple of months to adjust. But now a year later it’s our favourite mattress ever. At least once a week my husband will remark it’s the best mattress we ever bought. Yes, I tell him (again) it sure is!

I love this mattress. Good for my back, perfect cushioning and firmness. Great customer service also especially during COVID restrictions. Highly recommend.
