I bought NEW Moondrop Robin earbuds and was sent a clearly USED set. The plastic packaging was already opened and stuffed inside, box was dented, and the earbuds had earwax and fluff in them - disgusting! I wouldn't even expect this with a refurbished set. At best this was incompetence and they sent the wrong set, at worst they're trying to scam buyers and hoping they wouldn't return it. Refunded!

I have bought both the Audalytic HP70 preamp and the Audalytic DR70 from Shenzen Audio.
This company are amazing, fast respons when asking questions in email, fast shipping.

Pathetic after sales support.
I attempted to get after sales service on a 3 month old PL200T. These were the instructions that I received:
Thanks for your reply and heres the return repair (not return refund) info you should know that

Please note instruction number 1. I received quotes from FedEx and DHL. The cost to return was $360.00CAD plus any duties if applicable, for an item that cost $499.00USD.
I responded to Shenzhen Audio stating that I would not pay return shipping as it was excessive and offered alternative options in a number of followup Emails. I pointed out that nowhere in their "Warrantee Terms" was it stated that I would have to pay for the return fees.
One option that I suggested that was that a functioning PC board be sent to me so that whatever the problem was it would be corrected. I stated that I was willing to pay a reasonable price for the board and that I understood that any work that was done by anyone other than the factory would void the warrantee and that I was willing to accept that.
After several Emails this was the response from Shenzhen Audio:
"Thanks for your support and reply!
First, could you pls let us know and understand your using problem clearly?
We feedback and transit your case to factory, they didnt know whats "It was working well until I unplugged the IEC and repositioned it and then plugged it back in" means, whatws the IEC means you mentioned? If possible, could you pls take a vidoe to record and share us?
Second, we never said it can not be resolved or repaired by factroy, we also told you just ship it back to us is alright and we provide the free repair. If it is product quality problem, we also cover the return shipping fee but you seems you wont do that and dont needs this.
We keep chatting with you to see how it can be resolved, pls help us understand the problem you met."
I did respond by sending photos of the repositioning of the PL200T and photos of the IEC plug removed and then re installed.
I was so frustrated and upset that anyone would consider the several previous attempts to clarify the issue and reach a mutually beneficial solution as "WE KEEP CHATTING WITH YOU". After sending the my Emails with the photos I decided that I have had enough and told Shenzhen Audio that I would end this process by throwing the PL200T into the garbage and apologized for inflicting the need for them to "Keep chatting with" me.
The PL200T was good while it worked. But the after sales service is pathetic. Buyer beware.
Europese wetgeving wordt niet voldaan
Europese wetgeving wordt niet voldaan. Ik had fiio oortjes van rond de 115 euro besteld en dat ging allemaal prima. Echter wanneer ik problemen kreeg na iets meer dan een jaar kreeg ik geen hulp in welke vorm dan ook. Dit is tegen de Europese garantie wetgeving omdat ik in Nederland woon. Ik ga hier niks meer kopen.
A strange service
After a week of waiting and bunch of letters received a track number , but when I asked about insurance said that no one is resposonsible for the parcel . So it is not clear when it will come ande whether it will come at all . I asked a refund.
After the refund he said that the store is resposible if the parcel is lost . Now I will wait another week for a refund , in general not a service , but a lottery

I made a mistake and purchased the wrong thing and they refunded me within the hour, they rock. And before that, I had already made a successful purchase with them.

I purchased the Moondrop Robin.
I like them and think they're comfortable/sound well. The different included EQs are very similar, with the bass levels increasing slightly in each.
Surprisingly, I didn't have any issues with the Moondrop App when it comes to updating or changing the modes; new users must remember to download it in order to turn on LDAC after purchase.

My regret and only reason I'm giving it 1 star is due to a bittersweet first purchase through this service, having previously ordered all my Moondrop IEMs from their own store without issue. The box arrived damaged, and when it comes to Moondrop, I believe one is also paying for the beautiful boxes they choose for their IEMs. It is also NOT possible to have the box be replaced with a new one of its corresponding language, and customer support won't tell you this until after you have been asked to destroy your original box in order to get a replacement.
I believe it's important to be transparent and tell the customer truthfully if the right solution is achievable before asking to take drastic actions, only to later find out the store is unable to provide the right solution.
That store is actually OK, no scam

It has a so-so rating on that site, someone accuses them of not delivering the order, or ignoring the warranty, apparently, satisfied customers leave reviews less often than those who had problems, so I will correct this injustice. Despite the situation in the Russian Federation and the world, if you have a non-Russian card for payment, they will deliver the order to Russia without any problems, it will even arrive via SDEK, personally I really like receiving delivery through them. I waited less than a month, no scam, the headphones are original, so my experience with this store was positive. One-stop shop for ChiFi and awesome after sales experience
I'm honestly not sure why ShenzhenAudio have so many negative reviews on Trustpilot, as I have had totally the opposite experience dealing with them.
During the past 1.5 year or so I have made many purchases from them and all items have arrived to my door in roughly 2 weeks after purchase (DAP, multiple IEMs etc) - and best of all, without any tariff charges charged by customs once the parcel arrived in Sweden. The items I have ordered have been exactly as described and nicely packaged with lots of bubble wrap.
Another really positive thing that really puts the icing on the cake is that ShenzhenAudio actually have really good after sales service. On two occasions I've had to send in items for warranty related reasons and while I expected the usual runaround when dealing with this sort of store, I had the totally opposite experience with ShenzhenAudio - they provided me with an address, I sent in the items and had them repaired or replaced within 3-4 weeks.
Based on my experience dealing with other merchants, this is a 5 star shop and now my one-stop shop for ChiFi audio products.

Very responsive customer service, great shipping terms to expensive destination.
Ordered two items, roughly $1200 each with free FedEx to South Africa (this is a big deal, courier to SA is expensive). I noticed that they didn't ship for a few days, so sent an email chasing why. Had a near immediate response explaining one was not a stock item and asking whether to just ship the one they do have, which they did immediately (very responsive customer service). After a few weeks the second item had still not come into stock due to a manufacturing delay, so I sent an email cancelling and they apologised and refunded to my Visa instantly.
Can add a further positive experience. They reduced the price of an item that I'd received and honoured their 30 price guarantee. Refunded the difference back to my credit card within 24hrs. Excellent company
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM SHENZHENAUDIO
When I received the product I realised it was faulty and asked for an exchange, went back and forth through emails which amounted to them constantly asking me for the same video test 3 times which is obviously incapable of demonstrating the faulty sound until I got fed up and demanded to send it back to them for testing.
After sending it, I waited for 4 MONTHS. Throughout those 4 months I constantly checked in and they kept insisting that they could not get ahold of their courier service to check on the status of the package, they even blamed me for not giving them a tracking number when I have already called the courier on my end and they told me that it has already landed in their country and so it can not be tracked by me. I was ignored for a whole month, 5 consecutive emails from me eventually prompted them to respond saying it was their Chinese national holiday (coincidentally) and that I had to wait for 4 days for a response.
After getting a response, they finally said they would exchange the product and ship it. However, after waiting for 8 days with no movement on the tracker, I emailed them asking about it to which they responded, "They check the security camera footage at the warehouse and they realised they misplaced the product, it will ship tomorrow".
I finally received the package today, lo and behold, the plastic wrapping was already cut off and when I opened the accessory box I was met with countless pubic hairs that were cut up and placed inside. Let me reiterate, PUBIC HAIRS WERE PLACED IN THE BOX.
NEVER EVER EVER SUPPORT SHENZHENAUDIO, they will fail you over and over. I have yet to even receive a refund for my shipping fees.

radio besteld voor fiat 500 en hij werkt niet 10dagen met verkoper op chat gestuurd om het retour wil zenden omdat het een type voor 500x is en er voor mijne fiat een aansluiting te weinig is .mij zolang aan het lijntje gehouden 4x gevraagd om retour en geen antwoord na het laatste de baas is er mee bezig van 26/04/2024 wel veel tijd nodig dit is een regel echte schande zo mensen bedriegen

I place on the April 17th of this month For Ladder Bach Preamp.. I been back and forth with company about my order.. They telling me because I have a VPN they confirmed my order. So once they confirmed my order they have not shipped out my order yet at all and they still took have my money.. They Keep sending me fake tracking numbers and telling to wait. So I call DHL Express to see if the tracking numbers is real. DHL EXPRESS are telling me that the company haven't released the package to them all and this been since the 27th of this month .. I don't know what to do at all. Please don't buy everything from this company at all because they take you money and Lie about sending you your product..This company is the business to rip off ..
