No response for the last two weeks
For the last two weeks, I have tried to contact the company to return a board I purchased and have not been able to get a response. Their web site does not appear to be active/responding.

For the last two weeks, I have tried to contact the company to return a board I purchased and have not been able to get a response. Their web site does not appear to be active/responding.
I ordered a laptop battery from this company. After 5 days of hearing nothing I feared the worst so contacted them via email. The response said that they were on holiday and expect delivery in 2 weeks. I responded saying that this time frame was unacceptable and to refund me immediately. The money was re payed the next day. So, to sum up, I can't fault them apart from there delivery time.
I tried to return my order, they advertise free returns, but you can't get ahold of them at all. Their phone is disconnected, and their email is full. I emailed and called several times over several weeks to make sure. Oh well.
Customer service takes way to long to reply i wanted to return a Power board i had bought for a tv to fix and it was not the issue the tv had when i went to file a return it took over a day for them to reply and they said they would send me a separate email with the return label and never got it i emailed them again they said they would send another never got it then again,don’t buy from them terrible!
Decided to try to fix my broken Visio VL420M myself. There's only two boards, how much trouble can there be? Nothing worked so I assumed it was the power board. Wrong. Erica was super helpful. EPOL took it back and paid return shipping. Ordered the video board but EPOL sent the wrong one. Took it back - no questions asked. They had the correct board but it was damaged with one HDMI plug broken. Sold it at a discount. Installed it and VOILA - TV now works. EPOL stuck with me the whole way. Will definitely buy from them again.
I had my Samsung 55 inch TV go out with the power light flashing. I ordered a power supply board from their website and it came quickly with the free shipping option. Because of my error I got the wrong board. They were extremely helpful figuring out the correct board and sent it out with no problems. The new board was an exact match to the bad one and the TV works like new. The person I dealt with was quick to respond and very helpful. I will definitely be shopping there again if any of my tv's need parts.
I have a JVC EM39FT TV that stops working (no power-on light, no stand-by light, no audio and video) suddenly when I'm watching. It seems that the power supply board (SKU# 0500-0614-0410) burnt. I received the part I ordered from Electropartsonline but it doesn't fix the problem. Requested a refund and Darlene helped to see if I would like to exchange or return & full re-fund. Told her I want to return the part and get refund. She issued my refund without requesting me to send it back.
This place is a scam. I ordered through Amazon a main control board for Samsung un46c6400. They sent a power supply board that not even for used for this model. Fortunenately, Amazon had me sent back the item for full refund. I don't buy any electronic repair parts beside Amazon and Ebay. Please read through this article before consider ordering part from this place.
This business uses Amazon Pay which is fraught with errors and omissions making it uncertain that you will receive your order. The largest omission is the fact that you cannot review your order for accuracy before paying for it.
Furthermore, electropartsonline immediately received an email from me indicating that the shipping address was wrong. Their response stated that the order had already been processed and supplied a tracking number. As of 10 PM EST, the shipper has NOT received the package which means electropartsonline could have corrected the mistake and simply chose not to. That's a deal breaker for me. I will never use them again. 👎👎
Tried ordering a part, but the part was defective and did not receive the full refund either.
Never ever trusting this site ever and would never refer this website to anyone.
These folks are excellent. Great service and willing to help you trouble shoot issues on TV. This kind of service is rare.
I received the part I ordered but it turns out I didn’t want the part. Requested a refund and Darlene helped to see what part I would need instead. Told her I was just interested in how to return the part and she issued my refund without requesting me to send it back. AMAZING
I will definitely be ordering more parts from these guys in the future. I ordered a power supply board and the Part was in excellent condition, I tested the board completely and everything was in working condition. The packaging was great, very protected and also covered in anti-static material. I was impressed, I recommend ordering directly through their website as they offer longer warranty.
