Wir haben 2 Fahrräder Shengmilo mx06 gekauft. Nach der dritten Radtour fiel der Motor aus und Fehler 30. Shengmilo schrieb, wir sollen Teile tauschen. Danach gingen beide Räder nicht mehr. Wir bekamen neue Displays und Controller geschickt. Fehler ist immer noch da. Shengmilo hat versprochen, zu helfen, aber meldet sich nicht mehr.
Fahrräder wären ok, aber Service ist unterirdisch.
Würden wir nie mehr kaufen!

Well, bought an MX04 via aliexpress in a supposed official reseller in May 2024, got a broken frame April 2025 and requested for warranty (and believe me, I travel very safely and I'm not overloading the bicycle). I got a 'No, we do not cover resellers warranty. You need to contact them directly' - wich already sounds weird to me. So, i did, and they kindly answered 'You can buy a replacement one'... and after some ping pong I quit. I even opened a dispute via aliexpress and they requested me for the quality certificate of the supplier... well, they surely know how to make you quit. In short, you get slightly less than what you pay for. I would avoid purchasing again from this brand. replacement parts are expensive and it's not worth the cheap price you pay for the bicycle. Currently, my battery is also basically dead. But battery warranty is only 1 year... So, i'm not even trying...

Azienda molto seria e pronta a dare supporto per chiarimenti tecnici sulle loro E-bike. La S600 è una e-bike fantastica con prestazioni eccellenti dotata di doppio motore 2x1.000w. Molto ben fatta e con doppi ammortizzatore anteriore-posteriore.
Qualità dei materiali e robustezza della e-bike. Hanno anche migliorato l'aspetto sicurezza aggiungendo luce posteriore ai nuovi modelli di S600.
Il supporto tecnico è veramente reattivo a cui puoi sottoporre qualsiasi quesito.

My bike shop diagnosed the problem with my Shengmilo bike as a faulty motor £360 to repair + £120 broken failed cadence and front wheel.Although it is within warrenty the company has not responded to my request for a replacement motor.
They sell broken bikes and do not offer refunds.- Avoid

1 mois de retard de livraison et toujours pas de réponse du SAV (après 9 jours d'attente déjà) alors qu’après 5 utilisations, l'assistance électrique ne fonctionne pas.

Shengmilo ist nicht zu empfehlen. Verdammte China Ware! Habe dort mein E-Bike gekauft und nur Probleme mit dem Händler. Habe heute ein Ersatzteil bestellt, was nicht an mein E-Bike passt. Habe den Verkäufer vorher darum gebeten die Bestellung zu stornieren. Er ist dem nicht nachgegangen. Kauft niemals beim Chinesen, da hat man nur Probleme mit. Ich werde nie wieder bei Shengmilo kaufen! Sie verstecken sich hinter Ihrer Tastatur und ignorieren einen, wenn man Probleme hat. Auch meine Bestellung haben Sie nicht rechtzeitig storniert. Deshalb habe ich mich direkt an den Zahlungsdienstleister gewendet und den Fall als Betrug gemeldet.

Customer service 👎 after 850km the bike shuts down @3-4 bars on display! No power nothing! I contacted them on WhatsApp-called them-email and online messanger I sent them videos fotos text no answer! I purchased the bike 13/06/2023. In the beginning when you have questions about the bike they answer. once purchased it and have problems they ignore you! The bike is nice but when you have problems the costumer service is a big problem!!!!
Stay away from shengmilo!!!! You will regret it!!!

🚨 ps. In February 2024 After being ignored for a long time, I brought my battery in to a local technician who makes electric bicycles and steps. Conclusion 👉8 cells were broken and the battery is not a 15 amps like shengmilo say on there site it was a 12 amps!!!!! The cells also have no indication of amperage or brand, the technician had measured and tested these separately. Also the cells are NOT from Samsung as they say on their site! which cost me €330 to fix while I was still under warranty with Shengmilo!!! So people be warned!!!

Ho acquistato a marzo 2023 una bici Shengmilo mx04. Dopo poco ho dovuto sistitituire i freni con dei Shimano perché perdevano olio. A febbraio il motore a caldo rallenta. Ho contattato il servizio clienti senza alcun esito. Solo " ci mandi il codice,, dove ha acquistato? Non troviamo l'ordine.. come ha pagato ? Ci mandi un video .." alla fine nulla.. silenzio assoluto. Si rompono e i cocci sono vostri.... NON ACQUISTATE!

Bought a bike from here last May didn’t work, should have returned it but they kept sending bits and saying try this try that, worked eventually but not continuous but I was over the 90! Day warranty, so now I’m left with a bike that doesn’t work, and they won’t refund me so DO NOT BUY FROM THESE MUPPETS!!!!!

The bike arrived, wouldn’t work? I contacted them and it was try this try that , afterwards we got it going but wasn’t consistent complained again they charged me £30 for another part ? It doesn’t work so I’m left with an E Bike that doesn’t work so I advise anyone DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

Non comprate !! Se avete un problema non vi rispondono più si nascondono dietro una tastiera!!!! Dopo aver mandato diversi video per attestare il problema spariti !!! Vergogna!!

Shengmilo MX05 Full Suspension Electric Mountain Bike BAFANG 1000W Motor 48V 15AH

Bike was advertised as 15AH, there was a problem with the BMS so the sent new one and paid for the repair, found out the battery was only 10Ah, have contacted them but now not replying. I do like the bike but would not recommend.

great bikes and fast delivery, got my bike within 3 weeks. assembly was easy and my MX03 is really nice.

I bought an mx 20 on July 15. basically an ok purchase, but you could see the quality was not the best components. then came the time to cycle to work, I have about 21 miles and from the description on ebay it shouldn't be a problem to ride that far. but when I arrive at work the battery is almost dead. I write to sheng mi lo, after a few messages they suddenly tell me that the bike I have bought is part of a batch of bikes that have been damaged during transport. they say that a relay needs to be changed and then it should be fine.. but then it came to actually doing it, I looked for someone who could change it but we couldn't agree on the price of repair and also they wouldn't send the spare part. in the end I agreed with myself to have the battery tested by a qualified technician and it turns out that the battery is significantly worse than described and there is an imbalance in the cells. in fact it says 15 ah 48 v on the battery, it is a maximum of 10 ah, so the conclusion is that it is fraud covered under transport damage in order to keep the customer talking so the 30 day complain period expires.. this shop is experienced cheaters and knows exactly what they are doing... and ebay does nothing and pay pal can not help due to their policies..

This website pretends to be an official Shengmilo store but I have been informed that it's fake and I reported their undelivered order to PayPal and Action Fraud
