My cats used to eat Sheba wet food in gravy, then we moved to another brand. Some years later by chance we bought the jelly sheba variety and the cats seemed to eat most of it so i moved back but not only does it smell more potent than the other food but within a day the old left over food smells rancid and i can smell it even when it is in the food caddy - why is the smell so bad so quick?

My cats won’t eat any of your gravy products they will give the gravy a couple of licks but don’t eat any meat or fish. They will however eat the terrine food in trays. I have to mash it up with a fork but they do eat it and enjoy it, I use it alongside other foods from lilys kitchen etc I use them when my cats are bored with they’re usual food to change it up abit but they’d only tolerate it a couple of times before standing they’re ground wanting they’re usual food. All in all I’d say for the price you charge I’d expect top quality food not the sub standard foods you currently are producing. And your advert oh don’t get me started on that, it’s shocking and distasteful: sorry Sheba I’m giving you a 2 out of ten

Absolute disappointing!! Sheba is greedy. THEY RAISED SOME PRICES BY 50%!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You just lost a customer and did win a bunch of bad reviews!!! Shame on you!

Comme seule réponse du service client j'ai reçu 2 bons de réduction et une lettre me disant que leurs produits étaient bien conformes et qu'ils étaient désolés...A bannir

Apparently the ingredients of Sheba have been changed. I bought two boxes of 40 sachets Poultry Selection. One of my cats is almost 14 yrs old and the other is 2 yrs old. They have both eaten Sheba all their lives. Now they won't touch it. I am so annoyed. I've spent more than £37 on this latest cat food. No warning was given. I'll NEVER buy Sheba again !!!

Poisoned both of my cats with the Sheba fine flakes in gravy.
I’ve been using the Sheba flakes products both fish in jelly and poultry in gravy for about 15 years.
This batch of poultry in gravy has poisoned both of my cats with projectile vomit and uncontrollable diarrhoea.
I’ve complained directly to the company and supplied them with the product bar code and batch numbers and they haven’t bothered to respond.
I’m disgusted by this product and more so by the lack of response from their customer service.
I will not be buying anything from this company and I recommend that nobody else should buy this product.. save your money and protect your cats & buy elsewhere

Why is Sheba cat food adding vegetables to a carnivore diet? It makes no sense! So if your allowing vegans to reinvent a cats diet then it needs to stop please!
My cat is a very happy carnivore. If you start putting vegetables in her food she won’t eat it! And she won’t eat any other foods. And if you don’t believe me that cats are Carnivores then try giving a Tiger a carrot!

My cat loves your product I do not give him chicken or beef it's only fish but your pallets tend to cut my fingers.

Both my cats devoured Sheba wet food until the food was reformulated, they refuse to eat it and because of the dramatic change to the food they now refuse to eat any cat food……..the food did not need reformulated and now I’ve seen so many cat owners complaining about Sheba food

I am writing to express my extreme displeasure with your current ad where a "parent" sits on a couch with a purring cat, when the off screen "daughter" yells "Mom, I fell", and then "I'm bleeding"...
In a time of awareness of child neglect and abuse, it is unfathomable why any company or ad agency would approve such an insensitive ad. Neither the mother or cat is in distress, but "a child is", and yet the ad simulates indifference due to a cat.
I own five cats and used Sheba products, but am discontinuing all Sheba products in protest of your grossly insensitive ad. Your company should pull the ad, and perhaps even publish or broadcast an apology, in my opinion.

Une honte les soupes Sheba, certain sachets sont périmés, en plus à 22 Euros le kilo vaut mieux acheter un steack haché frais chez Leclerc à 14 Euros le kilo.

i tried to make a business deal with SHEBA but they have only one distributor by name of PHILIPS and they decline my request to give me the opportunity to sell the product online they have the worst business distributor which is only PHILIPS disgusting

Gave with chicken Sheba food as a treat to kitten and cats they looked at me and didn't want to eat it and they haven't ate it.
Reminds me of spam cut up into small bits.Doesnt resemble meat.looks like a mixture of rubbish meat shaped into loaf and then cut up into small bits.Waste of money.
No matter how much they reduce this cat food I wouldn't buy again(50grame sachets)

ho provato e fatto assaggiare alle mie due gatte le novità di umido sheba varie tipologie che rispettano i coralli e la barriera corallina con una pesca più sostenibile e questo già è buono di per sè ma la qualità sheba è migliorata più carne o pesce dentro ogni scatoletta e anche gli snack e i patè sono appetibili hanno un profumo buono
e nei Filetti al pollo o pollo e pesce si vede chiaramente l'interno e come sono realizzati e hanno il marchio MSC.
Belle e Chanty le hanno apprezzate !

Quantité diminuée, moins de thon et plus de poulet. Ma petite Jade ne veut plus y toucher et continue pourtant de réclamer son dôme. Elle n’a pas compris que les humains prêts à tout pour gagner de l’argent n’épargnent personne pas même les animaux. Je mets une étoile car impossible de leur mettre un zéro ce qu’ils sont pourtant !
