Overlooking customers pain
Bought a dryer 2 years ago, still within warranty period of 2 years, had complaint of unit not shutting down once clothes dried and keeps running raising the unit's temperature causing fire risk. Reported to Sharp. Engineer came as informed, replaced the temperature sensor, and asked me to check if the unit works fine, and that he couldn't change the circuit board as he didn't have it in his van. Switched unity on next day, but the issue remained. Called Sharp, said would send an engineer a week after. I got email and text message from the service people reminding of service the next day, and also gave me a time slot. Next day came, and within the time slot, I got a text message from the engineer, not the service firm, that he didn't have the circuit board in stock in his van, so need to postpone the repair. I had taken half day off for engineers visit! I called Sharp when they apologised, and gave me the next service date a week after. Let's see what happens! Never felt they were organised and will coordinated in service delivery, causing pain to customers for buying their product.

I bought a sharp microwave about 2years ago. I returned it to place of purchase after 10 months as it was sparking and a hole appeared in the inside. The new sharpe microwave did the same thing at Christmas which was 11 months old. I didn’t get a replacement as I was a couple of weeks out of warrenty due to a hospital stay.
Anyway very dissatisfied with the product. I tried calling the company but tge number wasn’t recognised.
Steer clear of their microwaves.

We bought a draw sharp micro wave that stopped working. Not only did it stop working, it went on by itself and I couldn’t shut it off all the controls were frozen. I quickly shut off the circuit breaker in my basement and my husband took it out of the cabinet / draw and unplugged it. I paid a lot of money for this type of micro wave and it was only two years old. I called for repair the tech said $100 To come and look at it new parts included. We agreed and my husband cked our checking acct 4 minUtes later they took out $400. He called again- a new rep- they said it’s $400 not $100. and we had to wait one whole week to get reimbursed when it took all but 4 minUtes to withdraw our fee …after I read all the reviews on Reddit and different websites, how this type of microwave has a faulty component, we decided not to fix it. I called Sharp—being on the phone for 45 minutes —told the rep we had a house fire in our other house that was electrical we lost everything but 6 pieces of furniture and we didn’t want to take a chance fixing it. What if it happened again and we weren’t home? My dogs would be hurt and another fire! Of course , he didn’t care and said we can send you a new one for the full amt of the cost. When I asked him just please send me a rebate or coupon so we could buy a regular box microwave for our counter we didn’t want to risk this happening again. He was rude and arrogant. I told him I wish I could blast this terrible company on Twitter but they don’t associate w them. You know why they don’t because they know of all the crappy reviews they would get from people that had a bad experience like us. I will never ever buy another sharp appliance (Reading all the reviews from others that had the same problem w their microwave (same model) and there are many). And sharp has this patent for draw microwaves, really SHARP do better ! It’s really discusting how they know about this faulty component and they continue to sell them like is ..,SHAME on you SHARP consumer BEWARE🤦🏻♀️😩

Der Prozess hat schon länger als ein halbes Jahr gedauert, jetzt muss ich noch meinem Geld hinterher rennen. Nie weder irgendwas von dieser Firma, die Geräte sind nicht sonderlich gut und der Service ist extrem schlecht.

My Sharp TV stopped working just three days after the replacement warranty expired, which is extremely disappointing.
Since then, I have spent four days dealing with Sharp’s service partners, going back and forth without any real progress. I was repeatedly told that a technician would come to inspect the TV “tomorrow” or “the day after tomorrow”, but no one ever showed up.
Now there has been complete silence for several days, with no update and no solution.
A TV failing immediately after the warranty period already raises concerns about quality. However, what has made this situation worse is the slow, unclear, and unprofessional handling of the case.
At this point, I consider my Sharp TV a waste of money, and based on this experience I cannot recommend Sharp to others.
You should not buy sharp tumble dryers
I bought a sharp a tumble dryer about two years and four months ago the warranties for two years, it had already broken down twice, giving me quite a headache and weeks without a working tumble dryer, now it's house of warranty and there's no way I'm gonna spend 150 pounds on a tumble dryer that only costs 275 in the first place and it would break down again soon anyway, and it was two times maybe three broke down, definitely too, it's still going round but there's no heat.
Shocking communication and customer service
Reported a fault with washer and arranged for technician to visit same week. I called afternoon before to verify process was advised I would receive a text the next morning with 3 hour estimated window. This message did not happen. Midday called line option 3 leads to dead line so called option 2. This woman advises me appointment is cancelled as they hadn't got part. I advised her they hadn't seen my machine so as it stands didn't actually need a part. Her customer service was atrocious. I advised her I wished to raise a complaint as there had been no communication and they hadn't even looked at the appliance. She kept me on hold and informed me I would get a call this afternoon. No surprise no call took place and I highly doubt she even raised a complaint. Awful service and is doing no favours for your business!

Bought a Roku vitado-led tv 6 months ago from Tesco. I did not keep receipt and can only assume it was because I completed the warranty so assumed this would be proof of purchase - I also showed bank statement which confirmed the amount and date of purchase
The tv has on two occasions has not worked and only displayed a speckled screen.. sharp consumer services have said they can find nothing wrong as it’s working ok., even tho o sent the photos of the speckled screen.,I disagreed with them to which they have said can do nothing unless I have the receipt
I do not recommend, do not let their low prices sway you

Ik heb een sharp tv via lidl gekocht en dit apparaat ging binnen 2 weken kapot.
Helaas werd ik door lidl en sharp van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd om service of vervanging. Beide fa nemen geen enkele verantwoording en dus geen enkele garantie of service wordt na gekomen . Bellen wordt aangeboord maar geen enkele actie wordt ondernomen ik wou dat ik eerder op trust pilot gezorgd had dan had ik gezien wat een slechte bedrijven het zijn. Ich habe einen Sharp Accustaubsauger gekauft im Februar 2025.Nach drei Monaten war die Elektronische Saugbürste kaputt.Ich hatte den bei Kaufland gekauft und schon den ersten mußte ich zurück bringen weil die Bürste sich nicht gedreht hat Der Umgetauschte hielt dann genau drei Monate .Dann wandte ich mich an den Kundendienst.Der verlangte von mir den kompletten Staubsauger mit Originalverpackung einzuschicken.
Ich muss dazu sagen das man mir die Saugbürste zuerst schicken wollte,dann noch am selben Tag das Angebot wieder zurück gezogen hat.
Trotz Garantieanspruch!
Seitdem versuche ich diese Saugbürste zu bekommen, bis jetzt vergeblich.
Sie ist bei keinem Ersatzteile Shop zu bekommen.

Bought a tv in December, absolutely rubbish. Keeps forgetting and not finding internet even though we have a router and internet extension in the same small room. Signal from apps poor tv freezes every 10 seconds. Would never purchase from sharpe again
Washing Machine 15 months old
15 month old washing machine broke on 7th January. It took 2 weeks for an engineer to come out to tell me it needs a new motor. It's been used in a one person household, so minimal use. Now over a month on, no sign of engineer coming back. AO.com not interested. Avoid both AO.com and Sharp.

Bought a sharp washing machine brand new, just out of warranty after 2 years and had to have a new pump. Pacifica (sharp repairs) are abs useless, fail to turn to your address and then charge you for the privilege! will never buy a Sharp product again
Refrigerator is only 6 months old
Refrigerator is only 6 months old. I cannot get the water filter to go into the the socket. I called but the guy was imp;possible to understand and not helpful. He said I am using the wrong filter even though the filter has the correct model number on the box.
