Title: Payment Successful, but My $3,000 Account Was Never Delivered

I purchased a $3,000 Instant Bolt account from Shark Funded, and my payment was successfully completed via USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. The blockchain explorer confirms that the transaction was successful, but I still have not received my trading account or login credentials.

I contacted customer support through Discord and opened a support ticket, but my issue remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with this experience because I paid for a service that I have not received.

I have transaction proof and screenshots to support my claim. I request Shark Funded to either deliver my account immediately or issue a full refund.

I hope the company takes this complaint seriously and provides a proper resolution. Until then, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I am writing this review to highlight a significant contradiction between Shark Funded's automated financial notifications and their manual support desk actions.
My $6,000 Bolt account (ID: #900909749535) was terminated due to a violation of the 1% maximum floating loss rule. While I accept the server metrics regarding the breach, the official automated email sent by the company regarding the payout rejection explicitly stated: "80% of the gross amount ($128.80) has been credited back to your trading account, with 20% retained as per payout policy."
However, my dashboard wallet remained at $0.00. When I opened Support Ticket #56412 to ask how to access these contractually promised funds, the representative (Steve) stonewalled the request, claiming the email was simply an "automatic notification error" and that the credited amount would not be released under any circumstances.
If a company's official automated system issues formal financial receipts promising a credit split, management should honor that communication rather than dismissing it as a system glitch. I hope senior management reviews this case and honors the written statement sent by their own system.

I passed both phases of Shark Funded’s Lite 2-Step challenge and made $180 profit on my $5,000 funded account. However, within approximately two minutes of requesting my payout, my account was breached, and support told me that my payout would not be processed. They have very poor customer support team their support team does not respond to message after clearing.I have cleared my 5K challenge and there is no response from their team just received a email saying you have cleared no step 2 account given no response for live account they are not even refunding money no withdrawal total scam!
