we have real authors writing on the platform, who are happy with humanizer as they are able to publish to kdp and other platforms and generate revenue. Could you provide some proofs on what you tried and what did not work for you?

You don't have to put card info to write you book and even to download a PDF. may be you are not doing something right. The platform allows writing and downloading 2 books 25 pages each per month. Let me know where you facing the issue and our team can help you out.
Easy to start, virtually 0 support. Overall okay.
Edit: I was contacted soon after noting that the support bugs mentioned in this review have been resolved. There are some quirks, but I was told future updates will resolve them.
The writing and ease of starting is great. However, the support is horrendous. For example, the support bot might as well not exist. It only says "Something went wrong" no matter what question I ask it. Requesting a human agent has also not been successful when providing an email. When I paid for a Pro subscription, it didnt add it onto my account, but it did add the lifetime, author level subscription on my account. (Hence my issue with the lack of support) I found out my Pro subscription got applied to a different account with 0 support from ShakespearAI.
Otherwise, I think the product is great. If support issues get resolved, 4.5 stars out of 5 (4 because there's no ability to rename a book after it's created.)
