I signed up to Caasie.co to run a time-sensitive advertising campaign. I uploaded my artwork, followed the requested specs, and topped up my account with $80.
Only around half of the boards were approved, so I paused the campaign while I tried to resolve the issue. After supplying artwork to the requested specifications, some of it was still rejected. I then had to upload larger artwork than their own requested specs to try and prevent any pixelation issues.
When I later logged back in, I noticed part of my budget had been spent without me realising, so I had to pause the campaign again. I contacted their online chat, which suggests there is live chat support, but it simply redirects you to a ticket system. I submitted a support ticket and received no response for over a week. I then submitted another ticket, which has also had no response.
Because the campaign was time-sensitive, I restarted it in the hope that it would run properly while I waited for support to get back to me. However, when I checked the overview page, more of the budget had been spent, yet the reporting showed no plays in the past 48 hours. So I am left asking: what have I actually paid for?
At this point, I have had no proper support, no clear evidence that the adverts are actually being displayed, and money being taken from the account with no meaningful explanation.
Based on my experience, I would avoid Caasie.co. If they cannot properly support or deliver on a small trial budget, I certainly would not trust them with a larger advertising spend. Save your money.
