Maybe not Shabbiest fault ? Got email saying my rug has been delivered and signed for by me ,nightmare trying to get it sorted . Not delivered to my adresss .someone has my expensive rug ..

Good service and product

It disappointing, waited weeks for a chair, and chased multiple times only then to be told they don't have it. Maybe you shouldn't list things as in stock if they arent.

Confirmation of delivery when I had ordered my sofa. I only waited a week so very speedy as often you wait many weeks for furniture delivery. The delivery men were courteous and managed to manoeuvre the sofa into my designated space. Sofa just what I wanted! My sons cockerpoo loves it too... as one of the delivery men pointed out it will be his new bed and it is!

Order did not arrive. They then said was being dispatched by next day service. Again didn’t arrive

Ordered a glass & chrome side table for £50. When it arrived there was a lot of black scorching on the chrome which was strange. I was able to scratch & clean it off & it is fine. Wouldn't be happy if it was more expensive however, for £50 it was a bargain!

This has been the worst online purchasing experience I have ever encountered. I placed an order for an item on 2nd August, with an expected delivery time of 6 days. After numerous emails and contacts, the wrong item was finally delivered to my house on 14th August. I was then informed that the correct item would be sent, but now, after all this, your company claims the item is no longer available.

To add to the inconvenience, I am now expected to deal with the hassle of arranging for the collection of the wrong item. This situation is absolutely unacceptable.

Product is fine, service poor. Never notified me when it was sent so couldn’t track it. Delivery company left it on doorstep in full view of road even though I was in. They never rang the bell. Finally got an email to say that it had been sent two days after I had received it.

Terrible. Description of item is mid-leading. It says duvet cover AND pillowcases but it is actually just the duvet cover. It also said on my order that I had ordered ‘Duvet cover and pillowcases’. I contacted customer services about this, to be told that in the teeny tiny description it says no pillowcases and that I could refund at a cost to myself. I have returned, the customer service stinks!!! I have emailed and had zero response. Don’t buy anything from them! Save your money! Terrible!!!

The product turn up in great condition and in a normal time frame.

Placed order for standard delivery within 5 working days, on the 7th working now and the order still hasn’t been dispatched and no communication. Had to chase up an update myself where I was advised it’s been ‘allocated for dispatch’ out of their delivery timeframe. Company really need to work on their communication and time management.

Happy with my order. Would purchase again and I recommend.
