uncooperative about refund

Ordered gym top and leggings. They were far too small, and the fabric was tight and uncomfortable.
I asked to return and get a refund. They did kindly say I could have a discount on other items, but I dont like their products.
I have had no further response to my emails (4 emails) about returning items or getting my refund.

I am very disappointed with my…

I am very disappointed with my experience. My order took an extremely long time to be processed and shipped, and in the end it never even arrived. There was a lack of clear communication and no proper updates about the delivery status. This is unacceptable. I expected a much better service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Ero al terzo acquisto, la merce non veniva mai spedita dopo 2 settimane. Ho chiesto il rimborso, e mi avete detto che non era possibile nonostante il prodotto non disponibile. Ho chiesto di propormi qualcosa altro e non lo avete fatto. I vostri prodotti mi piacciono. Ma l esperienza è stata pessima.

Express Delivery Lies

Paid for express delivery (3-5 days advertised on their site) Tomorrow will be 20 days since I placed my order. I contacted them after 11 days and was told “my items are in high demand” Seems like a Mickey Mouse company to me! Will not be using them again and would not recommend

I would not recommend based on my experience.

I placed an order back in February for leggings and a top, and now it’s the end of April — still nothing. No delivery, no proper updates, no clear answers.

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It honestly feels like customers are being ignored after payment is taken.

If you’re considering ordering from this brand, be careful. I would not recommend based on my experience.

For most items in our store, order processing typically takes around 3 working days after payment confirmation.
Worldwide Standard Shipping typically takes 5 to 10 working days for your package to reach your doorstep. In rare cases, due to unexpected delays during transit (such as weather conditions, transportation delays, carrier or logistics disruptions, periods of high shipping volume, or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses), delivery may take up to 20 to 30 working days.

For some popular items that sell quickly, processing may take longer if the current stock is sold out and the next batch has not yet arrived. In such cases, processing may take from one to a few weeks, depending on our manufacturing schedule.

Ongoing Improvements: We are continuously working to improve processing times by increasing our stock levels. As we offer a wide range of styles, colors, and sizes, this is being implemented gradually over time.

Customer service

Customer service: zero. Product quality: zero. I bought three items but was sent only two. When I saw the quality of the products, I wanted to return them; they offered me numerous discounts to avoid issuing a refund, but ultimately, they simply told me that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. It wasn't until I called my bank to dispute the charge that they finally refunded me for the item they never sent. EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE.
