UPDATE from 4/4/2017
Hello Salina,
We still haven't got any reply from you to any of our e-mails and you never pick up your phone.
Unfortunately, we don't know the reason why.
Anyway, we hope you'll see our reply here.
Your second order was delivered in time. For privacy reasons, we won't display the tracking number here. As for the first order, it is still returning back to us.
We hope you enjoyed the items you ordered from us.
Best regards,
Julia Howell

Hello Salina.
Thank you for your review.
We are truly sorry that you have never received any of our e-mails or order confirmations.
We always reply to our customers. It could be not immediately after we receive their e-mails because we have lots of customers and e-mails to process each day.
We are almost sure that our e-mails got to your SPAm folder, since such things also happen. The e-mails we sent you have never returned back to us which means that they've reached you.
As for the tracking number, this is a discreet and confidential information, so we don't have right to publish it here.
We have sent you several e-mails to the e-mail address you have indicated in your order and also called you but were unable to reach you since you never picked up the phone.
We are waiting for your first order to return back to us because you have forgotten to indicate your apartment number in your order details. As soon as it does, we'll let you know and reship it to the correct address.
As for the second order, it was shipped and you should receive it today, March 29. Exactly after 3 business days you paid us for.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Hope this helps.
Best regards,
Julia Howell
First order, lifetime customer.
My wife and I are avid toy collectors, we have bought from alotalotalotdifferent stores over the years. The site layout is great along with the selection. Shipping was very fast and discreet, although I prefer boxes over white mailing bags....but not a deal breaker, maybe could be an option for valued return customers? (Hint hint) thanks for a great first experience.

Hello James,
Thank you for your review.
We are very sorry to hear that the item you bought from us was not good for you.
Please note that we go to great lengths to describe the color, texture, shape, material, length and width of items so customers can make a more informed decision.
Unfortunately, we cannot make such a decision for you as you know what's better for you.
Anyway, if you have questions before placing an order, we are always glad to help. If the item you received from us was damaged during transit or defective, we will also issue refund or reship as that is our fault.
In your case, however, it was totally your decision and we are sorry it didn't work for you.
Anyway, we hope that next time you will pick a product that you like and will do our best to help you do that.
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Julia Howell

Discreet shipping and fast delivery
I love Sextoysshop! I love the discretion of the packages and the way it appears on my bank statements. I love the way there are straightforward and not vulgar videos, photos, and descriptions of the products. The return policy helps me be confident in my purchases, and although I haven't returned anything yet, the included return label makes it so it would be no hassle for me to do so, if I so chose! I always recommend this company!

Packaging FAIL
No discretion in packaging. Bare bones. A plastic bag. I believe I can speak for everyone when I say we wouldn't mind springing for discretion, including a box. Otherwise, great product, great price, fast delivery. Order #ST100006075

Thank you for providing an order number.
Thank you for your review, we appreciate it.
We are sorry to learn, though, that you have received your order in a plain plastic bag. It must have been some kind of mistake made by our shipping department. Please note that we always do our best to pack such merchandise as discreetly as possible. We usually ship our order in plain cardboard boxes. Nowhere on the packaging is indicated its content.
We understand that the majority of our customers feel very sensitive about this and that is why our main priority is to protect them as much as we can.
Could you please provide your order #, so that we could investigate this issue from our end?
Thank you for your understanding.
We're sorry for the inconveniences caused to you.
Best regards,
Julia
