I loved all the products I got but out of stock item...
I loved all the products I got but I ordered something that they let me purchase and then after my order was complete I got an email that they were out of stock of one of my items. I was given some of the money back on my order but it would’ve been nice to know it was out of stock before making my purchase because then I could have purchased something different. In order to buy something different in replace of the item that was in my cart, I had to pay shipping again for the single item. I don’t feel like that was fair since I could’ve made it one order from the beginning and only paid shipping once.

Hello Janice,
Thank you for your review.
We're sorry about your experience. We really hate disappointing our customers but sometimes it happens that our Warehouses are so busy, they forget to update their inventory in time. So when an order gets to them and it turns out they don't have a certain item in stock, they had to cancel it but we find out about that too late to let our customer know.
Once again, we'd like to apologize about this inconvenience caused and will do our best to avoid such things in future.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Jessica Howell
Amazing!
At first i was very skeptical, but after ordering a bathmate and some anal training toys, to my relief the package made it to my place in less than 3 days, over the weekends too! Everything was perfect! Will definitely order from this website again!
