We actually bought our 2 x Defibs from Chris for our Charity. We then found out he did the training as well at a very reasonable price. Some of our Residents were a little worried about the way they worked, so by hearing them actually in use was really helpful to put them at ease and they all felt much more confident after the training. We recently had all our staff trained by Chris and found it to be a really informative and interesting day, Chris has a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer any questions that we had, he gave a very clear and comprehensive demonstration of the unit. and all our staff feel very confident about using our defibrillator should a situation occur.

What a superb training event!

Chris is an amazing trainer - clear, informative and entertaining. He obviously knows his stuff and was able to answer all our questions.

The demonstrations were so helpful, far more so than any written information could ever be. The light up resus dummy was especially useful in showing what goes on in the body, and Chris using the exact same model of defib for demonstration as the one we have was invaluable.

As a community centre in a rural area we serve a diverse population, so there was a variety of people at the training, all with different levels of knowledge. Chris delivered the training at the perfect level so that everyone was able to understand. I can't recommend him and his company highly enough!

Chris was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer multiple questions. His talk was informative, helpful and reassuring. Everybody left feeling more confident in knowing what to do in an emergency situation in future.

From start to finish Chris has been brilliant to work with - great communication, extremely knowledgeable, approachable, professional & very passionate about his work.

Chris carried out some familiarisation sessions for us which were delivered with confidence and a bit of humour which kept us interested & engaged, particularly on a topic many of us knew nothing about. Everyone commented on how useful & informative the training was and the down to earth, informal style very much suited us.

Chris was happy for us to open up one of the sessions to our neighbouring businesses so they too could be confident in using the defib which they really appreciated & great for the local community.

I would thoroughly recommend Chris as a 'one stop defib shop' and it's great to know that even after we have had ours installed & the majority of us now have the confidence to use it, Chris is still happy to answer any queries and offer ongoing support - we have one person to deal with so great for continuity which may not have been the case had we gone elsewhere.

Chris was very helpful via email, answering all of my questions about the Defibrillator and cabinet options.

Once an order was raised, he kept in contact regarding delivery and then arranged training at our office.

There were a mixture of employees who attended the the training session: current First Aiders who had seen/used a defibrillator, staff with previous First Aid experience and the remainder who had no prior knowledge. Chris made the training both enjoyable and very informative for the entire group.

Hopefully, we never have to use our defibrillator, however, our staff now feel more comfortable/confident about doing so, should the need arise.

Very prompt service from order to delivery

I did a Defibrillator / Basic Life Support Training Day prior to joining South Western Ambulance Service. What I learnt from Chris was absolutely invaluable. Chris made the day thoroughly enjoyable and was so friendly, enthusiastic and hugely knowledgeable in his work. Chris uses the latest technology to demonstrate how amazingly the defibrillators work and how to attend to a person in cardiac arrest using a calm but speedy manner. I honestly cannot recommend Severnside Defibs and Training highly enough. I have done a fair few BLS courses since and I must say that none can top the course that Chris runs.

Severnside contacted our community council re defibs. I followed the contact up and after several exchanges we placed an order an order and the defib and box were delivered as promised. Very efficient communications and service throughout.

They provide a quick quotation for the product requested. Once paid for they delivered it quickly. Just how it should be.

Severnside came out and carried out our Team defib training and the service was superb. First class from the original enquiry through to the delivery. Chris' delivery made the training engaging and informative with everyone getting involved. I would thoroughly recommend using Severnside for all your defib needs.

Highly recommended, Six defibs purchased with pads and first battery ordered. Chris gave excellent training and gave our staff confidence to be able to use the defibs.

The information session was very clearly delivered and tailored to those of us that had no experience at all defibrillators.
