Avoid Avoid Avoid... No stars... Disrespectful, unprofessional, cater to their own, scammers, gave me the worst car on the lot check engine light on whole 3 days.. Car was a embarrassment to drive around... TRUST THE REVIEWS! They're under other names as well. 3255 McCoy rd. Orlando.

This company is a scam. Please don't fall into the trap of their low prices online. We effectively lost a day in Orlando because of this headache. We booked a mid size sedan for 8 days via discover cars website for seven auto. When we reached they declined to accept our collision insurance provided by our credit card and also declined the liability insurance which I have from progressive. They said it is not enough and tried to overcharge me 520$ for 8 days for insurance despite me having collision insurance covered by my credit card and liability covered by progressive. 520$ was a ridiculously high amount that they wanted to charge me. I had a paid an advance of 47$ and rest of the payment was due at pickup. We left the place and went to NU car rental which was just 0.4miles away and we got the same exact rental for 200$ for 8 days and they were okay with are credit card and my car insurance for all coverage. Seven auto is a complete scam and they would want ridiculously high liability coverage and then try to charge a very high insurance.

Pésimo servicio, reservamos un auto, nos mandaron un mensaje de texto para hacer el retiro del auto, cuando llegamos al aeropuerto a las 6:30pm nos dicen que cerraron cuando el horario que te mandan en el mensaje dice hasta las 9pm. La verdad es que fue de lo peor de Florida

Estuve con mi familia 7 días en orlando Florida y seven auto me ofreció un gran servicio unos nuevos y la búsqueda en el aeropuerto fue rápida

Days prior to arriving, I called about the insurance policy. Person at the company said my insurance was fine. When I arrive to pick up the car, I was told my insurance wasn't fine and needed to pay an additional $200 (2x the total rental cost). Dishonest business practice. Do not recommend!

Tuve un excelente experiencia con el servicio de seven auto los chicos estuvieron 100% atentos de nuestra llegada a el aeropuerto. Realmente alquile una reserva por 10$ por día por una semana entiendo que en Florida jamás alquilaras un auto en 10$ y sabía que debía pagar seguros impuestos y peaje. Veo reseñas de cliente quejándose de los precios pero debes ser consientes que jamas alquilar un auto en 10$ por día también deben leer los términos y condiciones y no dañar la imagen de empresas.

I should have read the reviews before booking. The only time having a bad experience with a rental company in over 30 years of travelling. Price at booking was too good to be true ($104 for the week with limited mileage). We had 3 separate rental car insurance of our own (2 personal and one through ViSA), but they insisted on charging me $353 for additional insurance because they refused to recognize our own (first time I encountered this). We should have walked away, but it was late and dark out. They video’d the entire car to record any damages when I picked it up. When I returned the vehicle, they claimed there was a small chip on the hood that I caused. I asked to see the before video, and if true, then I would pay for the damage (just under $200, not a big deal). But they would not show me the before video and they kept us there waiting for the manager. We were about to be late for our flight. We told them that we can settle this over email or phone when I returned home, so long as they can provide the before video. They would not agree to this either. They wanted me to sign to pay for the damages without proof before we can leave. We just walked away and took an Uber to the airport (since they refused to give us a ride back to the airport). An easy situation to resolve if they just showed us the before video. But they used our flight schedule to delay and try and force us to pay. The worst ever experience renting a car! The reviews I’ve read were similar to our experience. I would not rent a car from Seven Auto ….. ever!

By the way, I think some of the 5-star reviews are for Seven Car Rental. This is not the same company as Seven Auto on McCoy Road. Seven Auto is the worst company I rented from. Let‘s not praise the wrong company.

As always, you can tell how good a service is when things go wrong and how it is dealt with. Unfortunately, in the case of Seven Auto and VIP Cars, have both been terrible to deal with.

Long story short - Seven Auto were dishonest and made me pay over $500 claiming that the insurance from their partner (from VIP Cars) was not sufficient, even though the documentation clearly stated it was. VIP Cars then offered a pathetic $100 refund which clearly demonstrates their disregard for customers.

I shall be looking for legal advice on the matter now.

I ordered a car for 10 days my flight was delayed an hour from 7 pm until 8 pm and they were supposed to send a shuttle bus to pick us up. They charged $39.99 for Liability insurance per day. Holy Cow!!!!
I rented from Hertz for one night because they left me stranded and it was only 14.99 per day.
I showed the clerk the receipt, she didn't speak English too well and she wouldn't honor the lower liability cost. What a total rip off.!!!!
They left my daughter and I stranded at the airport!
I paid for a mid size car. They gave me a Toyota Corolla that had very many scratches and the bumper had black streaks. I paid for a mid size but they gave me a compact size it indicated that I on the receipt.
I went to the Florida Mall on a Saturday and got stuck. The car wouldn't start. They informed me that I would have to get my own road side assistance. Really?
I called the tow truck he informed me the battery was
spilling acid and to return the car right away.
The office wouldn't pick up the phone.
I texted and 1 hour later someone asked me what I did to the car? Really? They gave me with a dented scratched POS car with a bad battery and he was trying to give me blame. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! RUN
They provided cheap rates but are so UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! You get what you pay for.....

Even though I have insurance far exceeding required limits from a reputable, large, national insurance company, this was deemed "unacceptable" and I didn't carry the full insurance policy declaration page so required my purchase of their insurance at an amount not disclosed in advance of booking. Our Orlando weekend rental was to be $41.00 total. They wanted another $76.00 for insurance; $117.00 total. Do not book with them until you've got a quote from them including insurance.

Orlando , was assisted by BERNIE. she warned us about the heat this time of year and gave us very clear step by step instructions on how to find our rental. Awesome service. I will come back. Just for Bernie

Customer service was excellent. Every employee I had contact with was professional and courteous. Easy pick up and easy return. The vehicle I rented was very clean and was easy to handle driving. The driver’s seat had great lumbar support.
I would definitely recommend renting from seven auto !

They made me pay for insurance that I didn't need. I would have gone elsewhere after I realized it but I was short on time. Total bait and switch. They need to be put out of business. Stay away!

Waited and finally got on the 3rd bus ( they are all full) after over an hour. They don't tell you they dont have their own buses.Then get hit with the insurance which was over double what we paid to rent when we have our own coverage already. Then the suv we paid for was turned into a corolla? Were waiting for the return fight. Please save alot of time and go elsewhere. It's not cheaper after the scam charges and way more headache!

Hidden fees, they barely scan the car when you pick up to check for damage which makes you think they'll charge you for pre-existing damage. Don't book here, your quoted price will increase by hundreds of dollars

I reserved a rental car at a very good price long in advance. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I was told my Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card, which includes CDW, would not be accepted for CDW. They wanted to charge over USD 800,-- extra to the agreed rental amount. Future renters definitely be beware of this company.
