Helpful staff, correct product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Still not sure why original didn’t last 2 years and wasn’t covered under warranty.

Item was out of stock and had to be ordered from Italy. I was informed and given a choice to wait or get refunded. I chose to wait and sure enough I received my part as promised.

New SMEG range oven arrived with missing main oven rack. Contacted SMEG who were great. Replacement arrived in two days. Great service.

Our smeg espresso machine had been leaking for a while and I was about to bin it and replace. However a quick scan of youtube, purchase of a new gasket and a 10 minute easy fix and we are good to go!!!
Gasket was easy to find and order with quick delivery.

Ordered a seal for my old Smeg range cooker and wanted to source an original part and found Servevast Direct. A smooth process and even though I had to wait while they ordered the part directly from Smeg I was so glad to receive it. Fitting was easy and the oven working well.

Item received and easily fitted

Finding a group head gasket replacement for my Smeg espresso machine was not easy but Servevast made it simple with attached diagram clearly showing where and how it fits (and importantly which way up it goes). Prices are competitive and they notified me when parts were being imported from Italy , and they delivered when promised. I've ordered more parts as so pleased with my previous order.

Miss sold an item that I was assured was the original item for my product. Was charged £90 and told it was coming from Italy. When it arrived it wasn't what I'd been promised and was a much cheaper part. When I phoned to complain was dealt by a very rude person who laughed when I explained my predicament then put the phone down on me!!!

Order for replacement smeg hob parts went smoothly. Other providers did not have the specific parts so I am happy with the order. The parts needed to be backordered but came within the timeframe and communication was clear and upfront.

Would have liked to have given 5 stars as the people at Servevast answer emails in a timely manner and the smeg cooker hood buttons arrived in perfect condition. Removing one star because the item took 2 months to arrive without prior warning.

Would use this company again because they do answer emails and the product is legit, but would expect a potential delay due to stock issues (I believe the buttons we ordered may be somewhat dated, so wouldn't necessarily expect them to be on hand) if the thing being purchased isn't current.

Thanks for your reply - exactly - if the item ordered is dated, there could be a 2 month delay without prior warning.

Very good, although the part we purchased had to be placed on back-order, it arrived within the specified time-frame and we were kept updated on progress.
