I ordered a replacement upper spray arm for my dishwasher on the morning of Wednesday 12th November. My order was confirmed immediately and that same evening I received an email to tell me that it had been despatched. It arrived the next morning (Thursday) well packaged and protected. If only other companies had service like this !!

This part was difficult to find and servevast were able to help source it from Italy. It took a while but they kept me informed and got the part to me. Thank you Paul

Servevast are a brilliant company and were able to get us Smeg replacement filters for our old cooker hood from Smeg in Italy. The communication was first class and the delivery on time and excellent.
We are delighted as we do not need to get a new cooker hood as we had real difficulty finding the filters until we found Sevevast.

The original enquiry was responded to very promptly and I was given all the information I needed to purchase bulbs for my cooker hood. Be sure to have the model and serial numbers for the product and it’s much easier to, easily found on the product. Super happy with the service and especially the speed, I had my spares within 48 hours from the original enquiry. Highly recommend Servevast.

After my smeg chopper lid broke I found these guys online. As a web designer, I was a little scared to buy as their website is not much to look at but was reassured by the trustpilot reviews. I’m happy to say that everything lived up to the reviews - seamless and my spare lid arrived perfectly. Thanks for an amazing service!

How refreshing to have such a great team deal with the issue we had with our dishwasher. I phoned and spoke to Tom who asked questions re the broken part, he said it would be easier for them to understand with photos…I sent them straight away & received an email from Tom saying they would send a new cutlery tray out asap. It arrived today, 2 days after first conversation. Excellent service. Many thanks to Tom & the services team.

Ordered some oven door hinges for smeg oven, over priced in my opinion could have got them much cheaper but would have had to wait longer for delivery so went with this lot.
Delivered the day after i ordered which was good, proceeded to change hinges after checking bags they arrived in and confirmed part numbers were correct (hand written on bags), fitted first hinge all ok opened bag to get second one and its the wrong hinge, looks like its been out and fitted before as bag was ripped and taped back together (i have pictures) called them and was told we will need to check if we have any in stock if not we will order correct one and it will take upto 5 working days for it to arrive with them and they will post to me, so potentially 7-8 days from order to get correct item and paying more from these compared to other suppliers, Asked about another thing and they have no technical training at all and couldn't put me in touch with anyone who does i was told. I also asked if i could collect to speed up process and was told no post only, asked if they had complaints procedure and was told no. It seems like it is run from somebody's garage.
So you think you are ordering from a reputable company and get the worst service possible.
Wont be using them again for parts and after this i wont be buying Smeg products again until they can get a proper supplier of spares in the UK

This is the first time I have used this company,I found the online ordering very easy, with a quick conformation of purchase. Later I was informed these items were a back order from Italy,I was offered either to continue with the purchase or cancel the order. I was prepared to wait.
My order was delivered quicker than the estimated time. As the items were small they were packed in a padded envelope, delivery order enclosed.
I had inadvertently ordered the incorrect gaskets,a couple of emails to sales and it was sorted out very quickly. With some assistance from sales I ordered the correct gaskets.
Overall I think this company is very professional,efficient and helpful when assistance is needed. Paper work is spot on.
