Customer service is very bad, If you have a problem, they will not communicate with you in English, quickly switching to German. In my case, I have added an additional 120 pounds and I had to pay, because it is impossible to speak English with them. I am not satisfied with the service, plus the money pulled out of me!

Be careful, then I have closed my account they again have charged my card on same day and did not refund long time, after long discussion refunded, but takes to long resolve this problem.

i have before a dedicated server and was realy god i dont have any isue with so i come back and i got a vps from .
but on my opinion shoud add on vps os windows to
maibe
windows server its not inportant witch one but wil be realy good
bicouse not all undestand linux, debian fedora or centos

i recomand strong this company are the best and have god datacenter

Server4You provides great service and 24/7 support. We are completely satisfied with the response time of data center's technicians and specialists. The rare problems with servers are always being solved in short time, and we are always informed about server status and any maintain works around it.
Also Server4You provides powerfull panel, where we are able to check server status and work with it. And even if we don't know something, or if we meet something unknown, technical support is always friendly and ready to help.
Being partners with this Data Center is a great pleasure for us, and we hope for further productive cooperation.

I have been with Server4You dot net/.com now for six years or so with my current and previous companies. At the beginning I rented their best VPS, which totally sucked due to the limitations of the so called beancounters. The support at that time was not good at all. Back then I swapped between Hostgator shared hosting and Server4you a few times. I hated both of them from time to time, for good reasons.

These days I have left Hostgator permanently and instead I have rented dedicated servers from Server4You.net and as long as you don't run into any problems (neither under your own responsibility or theirs) this is good. It's good price/performance, plenty of resources and free bandwidth. However, if you DO run ínto problems (and this might very well be on THEIR side, your side is YOUR responsibility), Server4you.net sucks big time. I wouldn't recommend this no my worst enemy.

The Server4you support got a lot better when they hired a guy from the hospitality industry some years ago. It didn't take much time until they started to care for their customers. These days I am hardly ever in contact with the support which is probably normal since an un-managed dedicated server requires me to handle the server maintenance, but when I am forced to have contact with their support, I realize that the policies from the days with the guy from the hospitality industry is all gone. He probably gave up. You simply can't learn these old dogs to sit permanently. These days, their support sucks bigtime. There are a few people that are really friendly and supportive, but the ones you remember are the persons that treat you like a corpse that has been dragged into your living room by your dog. When you don't even have enough persistance to read their answers because you know that they will be as hostile as anyone can be, then there is something that is massively wrong. It is simply not good enough!

One of the other reviewers here have mentioned something about the first payment being rejected. That's normal. I have the same experience with every new server I have rented with server4you. It's a security measure. Just give them a call and everything is solved within a few minutes, but you should actually not rent anything from them at all.

My best advise is to skip this hosting company. If you are lucky and your hardware, FTP backup or their DNS service works, then fine, but if you are not that lucky then you are left in the cold. Although these things are THEIR responsibility, they will do everything they can in their powers NOT to help you. They totally suck! In fact, it's totally unacceptable!

We've used Server4you for 1 year now. All have been fine when there is no problem with the servers.

2 times we have experienced problems with the server. First time the database server went down it took them 2 days to attend our problem and every time we called we were ensured that the ticket was marked as category red and that they would fix it asap.

Second time we rebooted our testserver since it had been running slow. For some reason it didnt get back up and when we called Server 4 you they stated that they would get back to us via email and couldnt give us a timeframe.

Not the best solution if time is money for you.

First i saw many fake reviews about this company across the internet, where some people said: Stay away! Bad hosting, and other things.. Then i saw same comments on other review sites, identical comments which i can describe as spam! So i tryed server4you.net services and i'm very happy with their work! Keep it up, you are cheap and highly quality!

I've had a dedicated server from server4you now for more then 3 year.
It always work perfectly. The up-time is exelent.

I have server from server4you for over 2 years, There was some small issues but they have been solved pretty quickly; support is great, they help sometimes even outside of their area; I have some financial issues due new laws in my country but anyhow they understand it and they are not blocking me. I like trust they give me and I like service i have... 5+

I've been running quite several websites for about 5 years on server4you vservers. Apart from minor glitches in the beginning related to support and billing I'm sleeping relaxed ever since. Good service for good price.

I am running a Server4You vServer (Debian), mainly as mail, DNS and file server.
Exposed with a IP range that can easily be identified belonging to a hoster, the system is almost every day under attack of people trying to exploit security vulnerabilities.
There was one occasion where my server fell in the hands of hackers - while I was on a business trip. The support noticed that the machine started distributing spam and promptly contacted and informed me (the initial mail contained already advise for first aid).
This server is only drafting my attention when it reports about the success of the weekly backup. Actually, I whished all systems were that robust and stable.

Although Server4You does not offer much customization to the offered services (the only con I can mention), the service they provide is rock solid without any downtime. If you need a standard service with highly competitive pricing, Server4You is by far the best provider to choose.

I've been using Server4You services for almost 5 years, I can't say that all was smooth we've had few bumps but Server4You tech team was always here and doing their best to solve any problem that we encountered. At this point of our collaboration all I can say if you are looking for speed, stability and security Server4You should be your choice.

We did not have much chance to interact with customer support, so I cannot give an opinion about that, but the up-time is very good and we are happy with the server performance.
