I rented two dedicated severs from them for my customers. But they terminated both servers after few weeks of usage citing abuse but without giving any evidence or type of abuse. They did not even refunded my partial or full payments.

Please check with them as to why they are not giving me evidence of abuse or even telling me the type of abuse so I update my customers.

They must refund my remaining payment. I paid them with bitcoin. I am a Pakistan citizen and residing in Pakistan. Velia company has an obligation to treat me fairly even if I am an international customer. They do not even bother to reply to my emails.

what kind of service velia is offering that they removed both dedicated servers and destroyed data on them without giving any evidence of abuse and without giving any time to relocate data. i send them almost 20 emails and they replied two times with same answer. Their chat freezes if I ask them about this case.

They do not bother to give email or phone of their senior manager or ceo so i escalate this to them. No contact info about their ceo or other seniors is listed on thee site except names. i hope they will reply here in detail. The choice is yours.

This is in response to velia reply. velia has replied with "We responded to the emails we received from you. However, 20 repeated e-mails do not change the outcome to regain access." Than how come a single star review at trustpilot against your company velia changed your bevavior and you gave atleast some details of what happened. You never bother about my 20 emails.

I am a reseller of your servers and not the end user. if there was abuse generated from one server than why server used by my second customer was also blocked.

If you donot even want to reply to my emails and give no service whatsoever than you have no right to keep my money of 25 days for each server. why you are eating money that in your claim is generated by abuse. the money from me becomes white for you but everything else is black.Refund my money now or else whoever read this review do not buy from this shady company.

You have given pictures and names of your entire management team on your website. also give their email and phone so customers like me can escalate to them.

Your company also had 5 days server blackout few month ago in france and you gave different reason to your customers. to some it was raining and to some power outage. velia is not fit or at the level to put production servers in their so called data center that has no proof against raining and power outages and their support is - minus 5 rating. If you still want to try them get ready for loss to your business and mental distress. This velia so called company do not care.

Trustpilot must allow screenshots to upload so i would have given the readers evidence direct from velia portal. second this forum is not allowing me to respond to velia but instead asked to update my initial response.

After getting extreme mental distress from velia i contacted police station in Hanau, Germany to file complaint against velia but they did not bother to reply to my emails. So, velia is free to behave as they wish.

Please stop hiding behind your terms and conditions when it comes to refunds. if you do not provide service you have no right to keep customer money whatsoever.

Go beyond your terms to help and satisfy your customers even if you get financial loss.

According to a vendor, Velia Strasbourg's DC is down for 5 days and due this, the vendor's infrastructure is completely offline. It's so curious. NO backup site, no DRP. Really amazing stuff.
I'd like to know if is true that this vendos has it's infra located there. Is there a way to certify this ?
