Lovely was great. Easy to communicate with and she handled my questions with patience and was very thorough. I hope ServBank will be able to process my request but in terms of the Customer Service rep. The experience was pleasant.

Worst bank I can ever think of. They constantly call me not realizing that calls from banks today are regularly spoofed to look real and are usually scams. When you try to call this bank back, their phone tree is as frustrating as it can get. Multiple trees that lead to dead ends and the system hanging up. If you are lucky enough to get through to a human, they don't speak English and are in a call center that's so loud you can't hear anything they say. I have no choice but to send my mortgage payment to this place, but otherwise steer clear.

They took over my mortgage, and even after a week, they still refuse to accept my payments. Now the payment is a week late, and all they say is that I’m “protected by federal law,” without giving any real solution or fixing the issue so I can pay. The whole situation has been extremely unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. Every time I call, they just give excuses instead of helping.

Update: I know this sounds unbelievable, but they actually called me and then made me wait over 15 minutes before anyone answered. The key point is, they were the ones who called me and still made me wait. When someone finally picked up, they asked why my payment was late, even though their system has been down and won’t accept payments.

So to be clear, they called me, made me wait, and then blamed me for a payment issue caused by their own system. If this is how they treat customers, I don’t know what else to say. Avoid doing business with this company if you can. They’re completely unprofessional, disorganized, and the way they handle people borders on outrageous.

Great customer service

The Servbank customer support staff are always very kind and caring and really listen to me and offer help. I appreciate the company helping me through a difficult time.

This bank has been a huge disappointment. The information they give customers is misleading. I would have the government investigate the schemes they are practicing. Several months ago, there was a fire in Los Angeles, and I was indirectly affected by it. This bank offered me to enter into a forbearance program, and I agreed to participate only if it didn't affect my credit. They assured me that it would not affect my credit negatively. After all the assurance they gave me both verbally and in writing they went ahead and reported that I was 60 days late on my payments. I called and sent several letters asking them to delete the negative reporting. They would come back and say they would look into it however they still have not. A couple days ago I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. Representative advised that a supervisor was busy but would contact me by the end of that day. I never received a call. As a consumer if we cannot trust the banking and lending institutions then who are we to trust? This is why I recommend to deeply check into this bank's operations and practices.

Excellent customer service

I was very impressed with the team at Servbank, especially Jennalyn. She was extremely helpful and guided me smoothly through my mortgage loan process. Her professionalism and clear communication made everything much easier. I felt supported at every step, and I really appreciated her patience and expertise.

Caleb was soooooo helpful in helping me navigate new insurance policy details, changes in monthly payments and with my escrow account. I am a neophyte in all things financial so it’s a relief to have Servbank and Caleb!

Great customer service. The agent knew how to answer my questions and was so polite. I didn’t wait more than 2 min to be connected and the question was resolved in one call. My customer service rep was in Manila, Philippines and was easy to understand and communicate with.

Very knowledgeable and courteous

Exceptional attitude about responding to my questions and concerns about not receiving 1098 2024 request few weeks ago and offered to experdite my request and apolized for other agent not sending requested information. I was very pleased by professional way he responded and very terrific English language skills. I have great appreciation for his mastery of a difficult language and applaud him for taking classes and studying on his own. He is an exceptional representative of your agents and 10++ for Customer Relations.
