AVOID!

I don't remember looking at the website, nevermind creating an account. Don't check bank statement often and have learned a hard lesson - they have taken £289.43 from me. Contacted them to query & ask for a refund and they have refused. Have been through my emails and have never received anything from them. When I contacted them to query, an email appeared straight away. Avoid!

Scam and fraudulent

Obtained details fraudulently, refuses to refund money of course. I am not interested in your generic replies, I want my $100 back. Their “term and conditions” state refunds on a case by case basis. Yeah right. And before you hit me with your standard “there must be a misunderstanding” response, there is no misunderstanding. You are fraudulent and ripping people off.

I did not sign up for this, have never heard of this company in my life. First I’d heard of it was the $101.99 deducted from my account. I will escalate this with my bank.

Is it a scam?

It is a scam? You tell me...
I noticed a charge of USD 3.00 and later USD 22 each 14 days for five months. At first I thought it was cooking lessons I bought for my wife, but it continued to be charged for 5 months.
I could not recognize Serskillinter name, I entered the website and finally found the way of unsubscribing.
I asked them through a chat window in their site, and they told me it was a skills development training, with no further explanation.
Also they told me that since they had sent me a mail with the order details, they consider that I agreed. I never received that mail, now I found it in the Spam folder.
I never received a service, lessons or anything from them, so I asked for a full refund of payments, but they told me that since I did not ask it within 10 days, they would not refund.
Isn't this a scam?

Scam and Fraud

I paid £2.50 for an app upgrade and then this scam of a company took £41.99
They said they had emailed, they had not.
This is not something I agreed to and they are refusing to refund my money

Phishing site who refuse to refund

Had £41.99 taken from my account despite never signing up for their service. Spoke to their god awful obvious ''AI Chat Bot'' who managed to cancel my account but refused to refund me. I apparently had 3 days to cancel an account I never had before being charged that. Explained nearly 5 times and got copy and pasted answers. Will be taking it up with my bank but their customer ''service'' is god awful. The site is obviously being used as a phishing scam on social media.

This company is a pure scam

This company is a pure scam. Posed as Barilla Pasta and signed me up for some useless subscription I never asked for, agreed to or wanted. Their practises are literally criminal in nature.
There was no mistake. I responded to an advertisement on Facebook claiming to be Barilla Pasta. Saying I would receive samples of Barilla Pasta if I paid $5 for shipping. Next thing it says I have been signed up to a three day trial for some useless subscription and after three days I will be charged around $100 per fortnight. Lucky I saw that and cancelled the subscription immediately. This was no accident, it was a deliberate fraud and is literally a crime.

This is a scam.
I never signed up for a subscription and am now being charged £40.99 every fortnight. There is no way of cancelling and when I call the number provided I get a message saying the number doesn't exist.
