DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They claim to be a London based clothing Company but are not - they are using library photographs, and ship very cheap and terrible clothes from China - this only becomes apparent when you have placed an order and then receive shipping notifications. THEY ARE TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH, INSIST ON RETURNING TO A CHINESE ADDRESS AT YOUR COST. Please AVOID. I am still trying to get reimbursed!!

I received the item and the quality was very poor. I wanted to return it, but they do not accept returns. I am very disappointed with this company.

I’m absolutely shocked at the way I have been treated by Serra London ,I wish I had read the reviews first.I guess lesson learnt .
What they show in their catalogue to customers is not what you receive .
I have asked for a return label and the best they can offer is some discount .
They don’t understand that the order received is nothing that I wish to have . Is there anyway we can stop them from attracting U.K customers or any other countries customers based on consumer rights .

They drop ship cheap clothes from china and advertise them using
photographs of other brands clothing which is much better quality. The item I ordered was a luxury knit co-ord but the item I received was a nasty polyester, badly sewn track suit. It was a different fabric, colour and not something | EVER would have ordered. Wish I could post the photos because honestly its so bad..

The company initially refused my request to return it stating they don't actually have a depot in the UK (even though 'Serra London' and appears to have come FROM a UK depot) and so instead they would offer me a partial 15% refund. I refused and insisted I wanted a FULL refund and suggested i gift the item to someone.. I mean, I don’t dislike anyone that much..
I told them absolutely no, I wanted a FULL refund as it was not the item I ordered and basically it was false advertising. After lots of back and forth they eventually offered me 35% refund or to send to CHINA at my own expense and they would issue a refund when they received the item back. Cost to send to China is more than half the value of the item. I have now escalated to my card issuer. Absolutely con artists.

Completely different color received from what was advertised online, material was cheap and nasty,
I complained and was told I would have to pay for my own return shipping if I wanted my money back, customer service expedite was terrible

Wish I had read the reviews before buying from this site - it is not based in London and you cannot do free returns like it says you can at the bottom of your order email. So disappointed and the quality and sizing is awful. DO NOT USE

I’d give zero stars if I could! This is a Chinese company selling very poor dresses-you won’t receive the dress you ordered!
You’re expected to pay returns postage to China or receive a 35% discount. I’d never use again

Unbelievable! The customer pays to return the item £79 to china!!

The item arrived from China instead of London as the name suggests.
It took a couple of weeks to arrive and was nothing like the pictures.
A CON company, please save your money and time and order from elsewhere.

I enquired about catering where they offered me 15% then 35% refund
I declined so they gave me a returns label stating returns was at my own risk
I feel very conscious that my return won’t make it to Asia 😭

Got a VERY CHEAP version of the outfit I ordered. Plus itvis not London based !

I checked they were based in London as suggested, WRONG! I placed the order £75, it then took ages to arrive because it was coming from China. This is misleading advertising. The package arrived, absolutely shocking quality and were massive. I have had several emails back and forth offering me a 25% refund then 35% refund. Told them to sod off and send me the return details as per their online policy. They then came back with another offer of 40% instead of sending me the return details! Anyway, finally got the return details with a caveat that they will only refund if everything is undamaged. I've found a cost with Evri for £23.19, 12-14 days tracked so don't be fooled thinking it will costs a fortune to send it back. However, I will be putting the original package in a destruction proof box!

wish I read these reviews 1st, just received the starlight allure glitter dress, absolutely nothing like the photo, awful cheap material.

The main issue is that the name is misleading.
I ordered a tracksuit from Serra London.
Then I had a tracking from China. I wish they had told me this, no delivery date as yet. Reading other reviews I hope I like it because it seems that I won't get a refund!
I wish it was illegal to advertise a name that makes it look like you are ordering from here when it's really a Chinese company.

BE CAREFUL! DO NOT ORDER from this shop! The dress is not the one in the picture, I ordered dress with a corset, the dress I received is not the one they advertise at the website. The corset is way too short, and it ends on my bellybutton, although I ordered size L! They refuse to issue a refund, only want to send replacement. After lots of email I sent them with detailed explanation of whats wrong with the dress, they dont seem bothered to look at the problem and only send template emails offering a replacement. I will escalate it with my bank to help return the funds.But please dont fall for them and their ad on Instagram!

If I could rate it 0 then I would. I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this is warranted. After falling for their Instagram advert I ordered 4 dresses for a wedding. They arrived (from a warehouse in China) looking absolutely nothing like advertised. The quality was awful, the fit was like bin bags and to return took 4 emails back and forth to get details. The total was £145, and I now have to pay £60 to return the items to China. False advertising the dresses online compared to what you receive and hide the fact it’s from China at the very end of their website after stating they are based in West Bromwich. Absolutely shocking, currently in the process of raising a dispute with my bank for a refund.
