Absolutely amazing work done a top job really recommend

Chris was super efficient getting us set up and connected, highly recommend.

We have a rural property so had been looking for an alternative to BT. We obtained the Welsh Government grant, which was approved in 72hrs, and then contacted Seren.
From the initial survey to the installation, the service Chris provided was outstanding. The cabling was hidden behind a drainpipe, the access to the house went through an existing BT box.
We now have 100mb, after years of a max of 14Mb from BT which was always very unreliable and effectively meant that mobile WiFi calling wouldn’t work.
Seren offered a really professional and efficient service, a true 5 star performance and I’d highly recommend them.

Jonathan was extremely professional & knowledgeable, taking the time to run through the installation process with me, before installing my Starlink in what seemed no time at all. Then once again took the time to explain how the app worked. I would definitely recommend Seren to anyone who has need of their services.

Jonathan came and fitted starlink for us couldn’t have helped anymore explained everything and all my options once all was set he wasn’t satisfied with the speed so he run a Ethernet cable from the starlink to my mesh system now we have perfect WiFi all over the house couldn’t recommend them enough

2 fab guys came to fit the starlink. They was funny fairplay. Explained everything to us. Made sure where to fit the dish was in a perfe t place. Talked us through set up and if we had any problems who to contact . Even to thr point night before letting us know when they would be arriving. Service was spot on.

Chris the engineer was so helpful he explained how every thing worked and found the best spot for the starlink to go without making a mess

5 stars doesn’t seem enough to recognise the level of service, professionalism and expertise from Chris.
Being new to the area I was recommended Chris by a neighbour and haven’t looked back.
If you’re looking for someone who will give you the benefit of his experience in a easy to understand way, with timely direct communication and in such a personable manner Chris is your man.
