No weather guarantee
We haven’t even gone and I went to add the insurance a week in advance and it says we can’t do the weather guarantee. Why offer it then?!

I am so sorry that you weren't able to purchase a Weather Guarantee.
We review the weather forecast for your dates and location, then use our weather data to estimate the likelihood of bad weather. Based on that risk, we create an offer that balances cost and coverage so it’s fair and worthwhile.
If the risk is too high—or if the coverage wouldn’t be reasonable (for example, requiring rain for the entire duration of your activity)—a Weather Guarantee may not be available for that time.

The guarantee requirements unreasonable.
The guarantee requirements of 4 straight hours of rain and 1.5mm minimum rainfall between 8am & 8pm is unreasonable. Two of our days it rained almost 35mm of rain for 3 hours and 50 minutes. It stopped for about 30 minutes then continued for almost another 2 hours between 8am and 8pm. The day was ruined for outdoor play the first rain day and roughly the same the next day. We should have been reimbursed at least one day. Won't buy it again.

We’d like to clarify one point: the Weather Guarantee does not require consecutive hours of weather to qualify. The qualifying hours can be spread across the coverage period.

Don’t do it .. JUST DON’T DO IT!
Don’t do it. We thought it was a good idea… read the fine print.. the print that even stated if there is forecasted rain you will receive a reimbursement. Nope not even with proof, screen shots, and forecasts. They take your money and no amount of emails will help get a smidge of your money back. What a waste of time, effort and money. Good example it rained all day this past Saturday… even in the forecast saying as such and we received an email stating doesn’t look favorable for a refund but they will keep watch. No they don’t. It rained all day.. stayed in our camper and listened to it and did I receive payment you ask? Nope nothing zilch! Keep your money this place will do nothing but rip you off and never email you back!
