I ordered and paid for my products and never received them, I have emailed over and over no response very disappointed no communication

Awful company with matching customer service ordered two bottles received one. Contacted the company via email a number of times with no response! Terrible company would not recommend

I definitely fell for this scam. I made my order 17 days ago and I’ve received no updates after sending numerous emails. Would not recommend to anybody. I wish I found these reviews before I made my purchase. Stay far away.

Ordered tanning drops from their website advertising buy one get one free on arrival only one bottle received, when emailed I was told it is a "higher capacity bottle to save on shipping and to be eco conscious " total nonsense as it's the same bottle they are advertising, massive fraudulent company with false advertising SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Horrendous! They are pure scammers! They send gaslighting emails after weeks and weeks! I cancelled my order one hour after making it…they still sent the product, weeks later and then ignored all emails. Honestly they are vile scammers hiding under utter lies of being ‘natural’ ‘herbal’ the worst form of lowlifes.

No star absolutely got scammed of this company did not receive £25 I payed and nothing absolute joke. Do not buy of this company

Scam it's been 14 days avoid this scamming pos company

I too have fallen for this scam .
Have sent numerous emails, nothing back . They took my money …. Disgusting. When I check my order , my address details aren’t present or when I put my order number to track shipment, says the number is incorrect.
Anyone else had this problem? Anybody ever get there money back ?

Like everyone else I fell for the scam. Under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, it is unlawful to mislead consumers by providing false information or by omitting material information that would affect a consumer’s decision. If the product is not as described or advertised, this could amount to a breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles everyone to a full refund or the correct fulfillment of the advertised promotion. People need to report these pricks to trading standards.

This product does nor warrant a star in fact its is should be minus star, scam company acting like a " small" business, scam product.
Keep taking money as they say you subscribe each month.
I'm angry that this fraud is allowed so much.

Advertised as buy one get one free but you only get one bottle at a cost of £27.99.
They don't even work! After 3 weeks of twice a day drops - zero change in skin colour.

The worse customer service ever never got the products and they don’t respond to emails 😡

Ordered the buy 2 get 2 free.. I received 2 bottles BUT after emailing them I got a response within an hour to explain that I've received 2 larger bottles to make up for the 4 to reduce shipping and packaging costs.
I've had my first drops this morning and this evening my partner asked if I'd been on the sunbeds :)
Really pleased.

Utter scam took a month to receive then no free bottle wax received took another payment without my knowledge did receive another bottle but been using 3 weeks and whiter than ever! Also feel nauseous , stomaches cramps and had panic attacks which I'm putting down to this product
