Nightmare with technical issues from the get go.
Also, it states on their website they give phone support, then during trial I am told "we don't do phone support, only chat and tickets". What an absolute waste of my time trying to onboard and several zoom calls. When I tried to call them out on this false advertising, their answers was "try Linnworks or Channel Advisor". No accepting responsibility or trying to resolve the issue. Avoid.

First of all, I have a transcript of the chat and was told "we don't do phone support" - so please do not make me out to be a liar.
Secondly, I was not abusive to your operator - I was not best please after being suggested to look at other software.
Thirdly, it was me that pulled the plug, not you!

I've been using Selro for years for a few projects. Just recently I've been using it for one of my own projects and have utilised more of the features. Whenever I have come across an issue or a missing feature I have contacted support and they have quickly developed the new feature or fixed the issue. We ship regularly with a few couriers and to be able to do this automatically from Selro saves us lots of time. The integration list is huge too - they cover all of our channels. I've tried a few similar tools and they are either bloated, don't work, too expensive or don't have the integrations we need. Selro seem to be actively developing the platform and adding new features.
Aim:
Connecting online marketplaces to courier system.
I was able to do with few clicks.
No training needed.
Easy to use GUI interface. Extremely user friendly. Price is half of the other companies .
I use for connection marketplaces to couriers. Very easy to import , enter IOSS , customs info etc.
I have not used them for stock management yet. If i compare Selro to other UK based rivals then Selro stands out in terms of price and ease of use . I needed customer support around less than 20 times in 3 years history. Customer support is quite quick . It is US based company.

Unfortunately, having major issue with Selro, getting orders from Amazon, been multiplied and tripled, for no reasons, we didn't notice for a while, and we've been sending quantities for customers instead of 1, we lost hundreds of pounds till we notice this issue and now been over 2 weeks and not been fixed yet, not very reliable software ....

I cant recommend this company highly enough. If you are serious about multi store ecommerce it is a must. There is a bit of a learning curve, but the support team is excellent, very responsive and helpful. There are cheaper solutions around, I have tried all of them and this is by far away the best.
Tech support have been great. Have had a few setup issues that have been dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Response time I can not fault despite Selro being based in the U.K. and myself in Australia.
Just joined and finding the support email great, very quick responses. So far so good !

Selro is a great alternative to the extortionately priced linnworks.
It does need customisation and tweaking but the support is the best I’ve come across. Very happy we didn’t agree to the massive increase Linnworks tried to impose on us and invested the time in making Selro work for us.

The software does not have loads of bells and whistles and It would be nice to see some Improvements and the expansion of some of the functionality but the value for money is good and It does the core job as advertised. Area's to Improve: Automatic email Invoicing upload to amazon / Other's that uses multi-country EU VAT logic for correct VAT calculation. Steamlining of MCF funtionality with better mapping. Repricing with importation of fba fee's and product cost settings to auto price products on multiple sites. General improvements and finishing / tweeking of the many elements that appear to be only part implemented.

During my free trial i emailed them asking if the monthly prices increase in the future, would this apply to existing customers.
The response was 'once you have subscribed the monthly subscription prices wont increase.' and that the price would only change if my total orders increase past the packaged i subscribed with. I have not had more than 2000 orders (lowest package limit). So my price shouldn't have increased when they raised prices.
However, for the past 12 months i have just noticed they have charged me an extra £10 a month. They basically lied to me to get me to sign up.

I regret to inform you that my experience with your platform has been nothing short of a disaster. As a first-time user, I was met with an appalling lack of support. The system's speed, or rather the lack thereof, left me frustrated and infuriated.
We sought assistance in initiating the printing process and integrating labels but to no avail. Despite our relentless efforts. In our pursuit of resolution, we were met with prolonged delays, only to find ourselves met with the finality of a closed trial account after 11 days of wasting time for nothing. It's astounding how poorly your operations are managed.
I implore any potential users to heed this warning and consider the feedback of previously dissatisfied customers before investing their time in your platform. It is disheartening to witness a potentially good platform marred by its inability to retain and support its users.

I have used Selro for several years and of the several platforms tried before, it was by far the most user friedly and feature-rich platform which covers practically all requirements for an online business.

Support is not enough. I did the trial , had issues importing from Amazon, they extended trial for me promising they had fixed issue. They hadnt. Everytime I contacted support they said they would forward the issue on but had to chase constantly. Fell at 1st hurdle which is sad as system looked good. Gave plenty of chances but if support isnt there to help with issues at set up then not willing to risk my business. I explained to them that if Amazon imports product details onto Selro and is missing search terms and bullet points then when Selro connects to Amazon it will wipe the data on the listing on Amazon so search terms and bullets will show blank. Not willing to risk this and they had no response to is. Gave 2 star as system and sales call promises an amazing system and was impressed with the sales and training calls which promised the world! I am good with PCs so its not that I needed help that was over the top, it was purely from there systems capabilities to import all data.

Ojewellery Ltd have been with Selro for a few years now. Initially I was looking for a listing and inventory management system to look after listing to my shopify store, eBay and Etsy.
As my use and understanding of the system has grown, I have added Amazon where I fulfil orders, Amazon Fulfilment listings and most recently Debenhams and Fruugo.
The back end stock management, being able to see sell through rates across all channels, enables me to more accurately forecast stock reordering and more closely control my stock levels. Creating purchase orders through the platform means that when new stock is delivered it’s a simple check all is as it should be then a button push to confirm receipt and one more push to choose all the channels to make that stock available to customers – that’s where the magic really happens.
No sales platform, administrative system or employee is ever going to be without fault/ challenge/ unforeseen occurrence – it’s that human factor. How the challenge is handled, to me shows true value and builds trust. In my time with Selro I’ve caused myself headaches by making errors, platforms have made changes that have had a knock on effect and there have been elements of the system that have not worked as I’d expected. Without fail, the Selro team have responded to contact within hours and we’ve found workarounds and then solutions to every issue.
The time saving for my business model justifies the cost and the opportunities that have opened up through having multichannel listing and stock management have enabled me to increase my listing count by having bundles and my number of sales avenues. Through Selro I’ve been able to grow the Ojewellery brand.

OVER THE LAST 6 WEEKS WE HAVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE ISSUES WITH SELRO. WE HAVE ITEMS THAT DUPLICATE THEMSELVES, NOT GOOD FOR THE INVENTORY COUNT. WE HAVE MANY IMAGES THAT DISAPPEAR AND ARE REPLACED BY A SINGLE AI IMAGE. ALL A WEEK AGO WE WERE TOLD THAT THE ITEM DUPLICATION ISSUES HAVE BEEN CORRECTED AND THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON THE MISSING IMAGE ISSUE. WE'VE HAD MULTIPLE DUPLICATIONS SINCE BEING TOLD IT WAS RESOLVED. I CANNOT RECOMEND SELRO, IN FACT I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING IT. WITHOUT A DOUBT THEY WILL RESPOND BY SAYING OUR PROBLEM IS UNIQUE, THAT IT HAS BEEN SENT TO THE TECH TEAM. WE HAVE SPENT TWO CONSECUTIVE SATURDAYS, 4 HOURS EACH DAY REPAIRING THE SELRO PROBLEMS. PAY ATTENTION AS TO HOW EVERY SELRO COMPLAINT IS FOLLOWED UP BY A POSITIVE REPORT. I SEE THIS AS SELRO DOING DAMAGE CONTROL.
