Helps us organise our Data very efficiently
The system is very helpful in organising our student data. The team at GeniusOne is also very responsive in making changes and they always listed to feedback with an open mind.
The system is constantly evolving with new features. It's the best investment for us as we manage a very large Kumon centre

The mobile app interface has gone somewhat backwards. Before the interface change and somewhat back office programming. I used to get a notification on my Lock Screen to tell me my child has started/finished there work and now I don’t get this and gave to check by logging in (frustrating). Today I picked up my child an hour later because the notification came through late and no not WiFi related as I have been working from home and having MS team calls. Please change this back to how it was or review for end user feedback to improve. Other functionality in the app is fine. However the communication feature needs to be improved, I should have to select view within the notification button. I should just see the full msg and it should be on full screen

The new update is awful
The new update is awful. It logs me out each time and I have to go back into my emails to get the code in order to log back in.

Makes centre management very efficient by having everything in one place such as messaging, time-slotting, publishing events, sending broadcasts and collecting payments are just a few of the features. Constantly being developed. Very easy to use. Thank you to the GeniusOne team for the continuous amazing after sales service.”
