The forms were easy to follow for a deceased estate and if I didn't understand something, the AI answered my questions immediately. As we had shares in both single and joint names, I rang, the phone was answered within 5 rings and I knew exactly what to do. The entire process from filling in the form on Tuesday, Shares sold on Wednesday, proceeds received Friday.

The team at Sell My Shares are very thorough in their dealing with us both in actioning our requests and undertaking the matter in a very professional manner and with the utter most security to ensure that all is undertaken correctly. The site was easy to navigate yet had security to provide confidence. The fees were transparent and reasonable. The request was placed on a Friday, shares were sold on Monday and the money deposited to the account on Wednesdat

I started using Commsec, but found that most of its website was telling you how great it was, or giving giving complicated options or add-ons. Actually selling shares took a lot of finding.
When I got there it rejected my input because the address on the shares was different from my registered address, even though they were exactly identical.

It was so simple after battling to set up my own broking site.
