Entire process is very efficient but effective. Online identification straight forward but any queries quickly resolved with a telephone call to very helpful staff.
Very rapid response once sale request locked in with email confirmation of sale and details following. Funds transferred well within the designated timeframe. Great experience!

The forms were easy to follow for a deceased estate and if I didn't understand something, the AI answered my questions immediately. As we had shares in both single and joint names, I rang, the phone was answered within 5 rings and I knew exactly what to do. The entire process from filling in the form on Tuesday, Shares sold on Wednesday, proceeds received Friday.
