Really appreciate how easy it was to follow all the instructions needed for a smooth selling experience.

It was a smooth easy process.
It was a simple process. Easy to submit required paperwork, details and instructions electronically.
Communications and updates were timely with the ability to track the progress. Good service for transacting shares.

Easy to work with and do online
Easy to work with and do online. But one problem with people over 90 years old, they don't have a driver's licence so you have to get 100 points for identification. Photo copy ,then certify then email to the company. They were very helpful about what to get, but was difficult to me to locate all the documentation to send. Had to go hunting around for them. Solution- make sure your love ones have all important documents all in one place.But we got there in the end.

SELLING JOINT NAMED SHARES
Our one off to sell our shares was professionly handled . Very clear and easy to fill in form . Joint holders was so easy to prove our identities.
Advised when shares are sold and when money would be in bank.
